Whenever I add an image to an event, the event overview page shows some kind of HTML Tags, as seen in the attached URL.

Looks like:

Any idea, how to remove this information?

I’m using the free version of WP Staging and everything works fine but I recently created an account for a support team of the template I’m using and they can’t access to the staging website preview, only the dashboard. It always loops.

I log in with the new account credentials,
I’m logged on the dashboard,
I click on “See website”
I’m redirected to the log in page
I log in with the new account credentials,
It doesn’t work anymore

And I can’t access to the website preview

I can share the credentials of the account if needed.

Internal Server Error – Checkout Page (Placing Order)

Hello there,
On my website that I recently made, when I try to place an order, it says “Internal Server Error”. I can’t place any order.
I’ve increased memory limit, tried deactivating theme and plugins but still same issue. Can anyone help me to fix that?

P.s: Customer is displayed with this error but I get the order on my admin ID.

affordable sms’s sent out to client via the orders we get so instead of customers maybe getting an email (should their mail block yours) then they get a sms which is great especially on EFT orders with the detail sent and notificed when orders complete.

adding an installation fee to a product

I’m selling a product that I would like to be able to sell an installation fee. So the customer could buy the product and find someone to install the item themselves or have the option of paying for us to do the installation. I am wondering the best way to add this installation fee to my products so that it is optional. Do I require an add -on?

No dashboard after logging in

Hi everyone,

I think I did something wrong here. I’m not technical at all, so hopefully someone can help me fix it.

Yesterday, I decided to reset my whole website so I could start over. After that, I could log in to my website anymore. After asking some questions on this forum, Steven helped me log in again (thankfully). But now I cannot access my dashboard. I just see the main page of the website and my name in the top right- and left corner.

I already tried giving my user admin-privileges. My site is hosted on Siteground and I went to phpmyadmin. One thing I need to note it that nothing is called “wp_users” or something, but “cgf_users” instead. Maybe this is the problem?

Anyway, giving myself admin privileges this way did not work. Does anyone else have another suggestion?

I am also open to starting all over by somehow deleting my website completely from WordPress and starting all over again. So if that is possible, please let me know how to do that as well.

Problems with login after reset

Hi everyone,

For a while now, I have wanted to reset my website, so I could start all over again. Tonight, I finally decided to do it.

I followed the steps from this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-restart-a-wordpress-site-reset-wordpress-the-fast-way/ and reset my website. After clicking the “reset database” button, I was logged out of my website. And now I cannot log in again.

I keep getting the notification: “Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.”, even though I am using the same login details as before. I know, because they are saved on my MacBook.

Can someone please tell me how I can login again?
