I have installed Custom order numbers for WooCommerce. Version 1.7.0 on WooCommerce version:8.7.0 with HPOS enabled and the WordPress is ver 6.4.3.
Simply installed the plugin and when trying to check settings, I did not see the Tab as expected on the Woocommerce -> Settings page as expected. When i was digging deeper I saw the message “1 Incompatible plugin detected (Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce).”
Is this a quick fix? Is something missing?
Hoping to see a response, thank you. Pri !
I downloaded the free app of social stream and found most of the features inaccessible. They sell thru Envato elements which becomes code canyon, which becomes theme forest, so you never really know who you are dealing with. I purchased the Pro license and downloaded it. But what I downloaded from Envato does not work. Every attempt at uploading the plugin produces a “plugin not compatible” message. I thought I purchased the wrong product and ended up buying the same thing again, another item they have ignored in terms of a refund.
I alerted Solwin and Envato to this problem. Envato finally replied. Solwin, despite my sending them screenshots of the process including proof of purchase, duplicate purchase download, setup, and error message, continues to reply with gibberish-like suggestions: “the Facebook license has not been entered,” or telling me “to download and install the plugin”. When I have documented to them 10 times that the plugin will not install. I am sorry I heard of these predators.
Stay away. Zero Stars.
And I recommend thinking twice about doing business with the circus of Envato products and collections since they are twice removed from the product, developer, and support.
I solved that problem only to discover that the newer version of the them is not compatible with an old pulgin I use – Custom Background Changer.
ISSUE: normally the background could scale to fill the screen (for larger workstations), but not the image is fixed.
The plugin hasn’t been updated for a couple of years but was compatible with the older version of the theme.
Any suggestions of how to deal with this and keep the theme up-to-date? Otherwise I shall revert to the older version of the theme.

I’m running AccessPress Lite child theme with Open Tickets Community Version and through the Mass install from my host ended up with your plugin automatically being installed on my site. It broke the Open Tickets – rendering the Event Calendar blank – and it is through the Event Calendar that tickets are reserved. I have since uninstalled the plugin only to have automatically reinstall thanks to the Mass install option the host has taken up. I have taken this up with the host but want to know if there is any way the problem with Open Tickets compatibility can be resolved so the critical functionality on the site works with your plugin please?
Thanks and regards
Wistia gives me these instructions for adding their sitemap to robots.txt: https://screencast.com/t/rhnKgOqzmq0m
Since the robots.txt is virtual I Don’t know how to modify. Wista told me to install the wp-robots txt plugin. I did and I am not getting the correct result and wisita says as follows:
Hey Bob,
If you check out your website’s robots.txt file at https://annuity-lead.com/robots.txt, you’ll see that there’s some extra text on (and after) the line containing your video sitemap. Here’s the full text of your robots.txt file:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Sitemap: https://app.wistia.com/sitemaps/44507.xml
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /home/firstpa4/public_html/annuity-lead/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap-core.php on line 1770
Based on what I see there, it seems there may be a problem related to your Google Sitemap Generator plugin. I’d recommend reaching out to the developer of that plugin for tips on fixing it. Once your robots.txt file is fixed, you should be able to verify it with no trouble.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help – thanks!

Just passing this along, I was looking for a plugin that could help with getting better image thumbnails when I post a link to Facebook (otherwise it grabs random images from the blog, usually images not even in the post that was linked).
I tried out WP Facebook Open Graph protocol (v 2.0.7), unfortunately I tried it at the same time I updated to the latest version of NextGEN (2.0.14), and one of the two broke my NextGEN install. Turns out it was the new plugin I was trying out, my first step was to disable it and it fixed it right away. But I wanted to let folks know in case anyone else runs into it.
Symptoms:
Gallery Slideshows were down-right broken. Kept seeing the spinning wheel, but they would never load (also slowing down my main web page since I had one as a sidebar widget).
Also, the regular galleries would show up, but when you would click on an image, it would just take you to the direct URL for the JPEG, and not bring up the basic gallery viewer (the lightbox).
For the record I found an alternate plugin to replace the other one that did the trick: NGFB Open Graph+
The NGFB stands for “NextGEN FaceBook” in case you were wondering.

Currently Running: WordPress 3.6, NextGEN 2.0.14 (and loving it)
