Mobile Menu not indented multi-level not visible

hi,
I’m using the bulk theme, when I open the site on the mobile device, the menu is not indented, in practice the sublevels appear in bold but not moved to the right. how can i solve?

I would like to have indentation for Sub Category on the sidebar. How do I do that?

At the moment it displays as

My Treats
Good Buy

It would be nice if it is indented like

My Treats
[space][space]Good Buy

I am a person of much emphasis on structured and clean code. I have a intended wp_head() and wp_footer() and furthermore intended markup for pages and articles. The only thing that is left ugly is the Masterslider output.

Can't see category hierarchy when editing menus

Hey guys, Recently when i’m trying to edit my menus and add categories to the menus some of the categories in the left panel aren’t indented, and since I have like 3 different categories with basically the same sub-categories it’s become a pain to edit my menu and add them, does anyone know what might be causing this?

I’v removed all menu related plugins and it didn’t change anything.

Widget looks indented in sidebar

I installed the plugin and used this as the second (of five total) widget and this is the only one that looks slightly indented. The whole widget looks indented including the title of the widget, the breaker between the title and the content, and the rich text content itself. Any idea what is causing this? My site is still a work in progress but it can be seen at www.thebusylife.com, thanks!

I just wonder about something such as wp_page_menu(), get_search_form() etc that return and echoing an HTML code but not indented.. is there any way to force it to following the flow of my file? Or did I need to handle it separately?

Somehow I didn’t notice right away that the left sidebar has become indented and now it is glaring (at least to me). Not quite sure where I need to fix this? In the style.css file I am assuming? I am using cutline. Any experts on the subject that could help me out? Hopefully an easy fix!
