WordPress 4.0 breaks the theme 'Inspired' by CurtyCurt

Inspired Theme doesn’t appear to work in WordPress 4.0 from other accounts … anyone else with that problem?

It’s author, CurtyCurt seems to have gone missing. Closed support site; theme missing on Themeforest.

Anyone know how to get a response? Action? Update? I have sites using Inspired and won’t be upgrading to WP4.0 anytime soon:(

Unless someone has a fix please or just tell me it’s time to get a new theme, but if so, how do I rejig all that short code??

Theme not showing images

I am transferring a WordPress site using the premium theme Inspired by Skyali to a new host provider. In the transfer, the home page and blog are no longer showing the images in uploads.

I have tested the site on Twenty Thirteen and the featured images appear. I have deactivated the plugins with the Inspired theme to rule out a plugin conflict, and they still did not appear.

The theme creator no longer offers support on this theme.

Font issues

Hello,

I’m a bit of a novice to wordpress but, this plugin was working fine and then the other day the titles/hyperlinks changed to a different font and now I can’t change it back to the unified font that the rest of the website uses. I’ve checked the appearance settings on the Inspired theme and it’s all the same as before but not automatically using the same font.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Remove whitespace around Featured area on home page

I work for a nonprofit who help find cheaper medical alternatives. We just implemented a new theme called Inspired, which we love. Unfortunately, there is way too much white space around the Featured area on the home page, the four topics that run horizontally across the page.

I see a lot of forum posts about whitespace, but none of the answers seem to matchup to my issue. Here is our url: https://www.parsemusfoundation.org/

I assume it’s something in the CSS I can change, but I’m not sure how to identify what needs changing. I don’t know CSS super well, but I take instructions well. Please help! My boss is getting frustrated.

Themes Problem

I have a problem. I have just installed a freash copy of wordpress to my new hosting, who I know for a fact do support WordPress. When I click on the ‘Design’ Link wordpress cannot see the installed themes. I have tryed re-uploading the files concerned with this themes area, but I still cannot get it working. How can I fix this?

New Theme: Flickred (Flickr inpsired/imitation)

This is the first theme, by me, created for public use. It’s based on Flickr.com. It’s: static, two columns, easy on the eyes, and has a built in block of syndication links for users to add your feed to their aggregator.

Please test run it and give me some feedback. The biggest flaw of this theme is accessibility. The best I could do is get educated on accessibility and improve this theme or create a better theme the second time around. Because it’s my first, I couldn’t wait to release this theme so here it is:
