Hi, I want to install the plug-in on a customer site and during installation it tells me:

Installation failed: File could not be copied. mollie-payments-for-woocommerce/public/css/manifest.json

Already tried installing the current and older version manually. Still does not work. How can we fix that?

If I have the Free version of Sensei LMS installed and I decide to purchase the Pro version do I have to download and install the Pro or can I simply input a license number to unlock the Pro features of my current installation?

Hi, I hope you are doing well!

I created a duplicate package of my site, and when I was installing it onto another site I got two errors on the validation step. The errors were both file system errors, one was “Disk Space: Test Result: Fail” and the other was “Permissions: General: Test Result: Fail”. I assume I have disk space, although I′m not 100% sure which disk space it is referring to. And permissions does not make sense to me, as the user that I used for the database has full permissions. Do you know what could be happenning?

I’ve been an Envato user, for 5+ years, using the WordPress Template Kits for years, until recently I would download a kit, install it, and nothing would happen. I just created a temporary domain on my hosting to stage a website, I installed TWO Envato templates, and they both resulted in a blank page. Very disappointing!

Does not show up on Safari or Mobile iOS

Just installed the plugin and it works on Chrome browser on my laptop but for some reason it does not work on Safari browser on laptop. I’m on a Macbook. And when I look on Chrome on my mobile phone (iOS), it does not work either. The weird thing is it works fine on Chrome browser notebook.

Any ideas on how to address the Safari desktop issue and mobile issues (both Chrome and Safari)?

The popup should appear on all pages except the Locations page. The pop-up says “Find us here” and links to the Locations page. Should appear in the lower right hand corner.

WP not installing

I followed all the usual steps to install WP but once I enter the domain name in the browser, it’s not starting the setup process. I’ve never had this problem before. I edited the config file (normally it just automatically starts the installation once I create the database) and that still don’t make it start. Have I missed something?

Update/Install Failure

When attempting to update the Forminator plugin, the following error occurs:

“Installing plugin from uploaded file: forminator.1.36.0.zip
Unpacking the package…

Could not copy file. forminator/library/lib/free-notices/assets/css/dashboard-notices.min.css”

I have tried the Update link on the plugins page and uploading the plugin manually, but the same happens for both. The server has free space. I can’t see why this would happen.

Uninstall + install nothing saves

Hi,

I had problems with the plugin and I uninstalled it first by using the delete all tables and then inactivating and deleting the plugin.

After installation again I cannot save anything in the settings. No theme gets saved, no calendar gets saved etc. I cannot setup the system again even if I want to?

How can I get it working again?
