In looking at the course page, if you click on the Instructor’s name it brings up their profile. However, the URL for the instructor’s profile is using the profile’s username/login ID. IMO, this is a potential security issue as it exposes the actual login ID to the public. I think the URL should be built using the profile’s “Display Name” or “nickname” instead. Do you think this could be updated to keep usernames from being seen on the front end?

Can’t Add Instructor

Hello,

I am unable to add a new instructor. They are already an admin on the site.
When I try to add a new instructor the only option I get is to put in their name/username/email/password but when I do that it says there is already someone registered with that username.

FYI we are using wordpress user accounts.

Hey everyone,

when I try to update a quiz with instructor feedback it just says “updating” then it returns to the same screen, when I check the students quiz results, no instructor feedback is shown.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the recent update. The new features and improvements are impressive and show how hardworking your team is.

However, I noticed an issue with Email Verification that I wanted to bring to your attention. When a user registers and Email Verification is enabled, the user doesn’t receive any message informing them to check their email. This can be confusing for the user, and it affects the user experience negatively.

I hope you can find a way to solve this issue soon. I believe that it’s crucial to provide clear communication to your users, especially when it comes to verification processes.

Additionally, it would be great if the 2FA feature could be added to the user dashboard so that users can easily manage their 2FA settings. This way, users can enable or disable 2FA, manage their authentication methods, and see their 2FA status at a glance.

I believe that giving users the option to use 2FA will increase the adoption of the feature while making it easier for them to manage their security settings. This will ultimately result in a better user experience and increased security for all users.

Request to Remove Sensitive Data and Irrelevant Taps from Instructor Dashboard

I am writing to bring your attention to a privacy concern related to the analytics section of the instructor dashboard. Currently, when an instructor is in his dashboard, he can see and download sensitive data of the registered students, which violates their privacy. Therefore, I kindly request you to help me remove the following taps from the analytics section:

Students
Export
Statements

Or the Analytics tap itself

These taps are exposing our users’ sensitive data.

Additionally, I would like to request that you help me remove the certificate tap from the dashboard since it is irrelevant to the instructors. And disable the ability for the instructor to create his certificate as it is not necessary for our platform’s functionality.

I have attached an image for the taps I want to remove from the dashboard. Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification regarding this matter.

Like the way it works, not so happy with teacher roles

We are going to switch to a new LMS platform one of these days. We tested LifterSMS and as it is at this moment, we wouldn’t use it. It’s to complicated (if possible at all) to assign teachers (instructors) to a course without giving them acces to changing the (content of) course or lessons etc. We need this to be separated. For example Learndash (I like their user interface less than LifterSMS) has many more options for managing access to the content of the lessons by the teachers / instructors. We just hope this changes before we make the switch.

Hello!
Our website is an E-learning platform where we add courses and sell them afterward.

THE PROBLEM: We could not add a new instructor, After filling in the needed information the button won’t do anything it just changes color and nothing happens.

We tried adding the new account with another method. The account showed up on the pending list and now we can’t approve it!
