Hi all,

I have a CSV product catalogue I import directly via the products tab on my wordpress account. First import is successful so I assume all columns and data format is correct. Second attempt after not changing anything fails. This is despite selecting the Update Existing Products checkbox – “Existing products that match by ID or SKU will be updated. Products that do not exist will be skipped.”

Hi all, i’m getting a critical error on my homepage.

Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Invalid product.
in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/class-wc-product-data-store-cpt.php on line 165

with this appearing on screen from “query monitor” plugin.

Hi!
We kind of need your help asap.

We’re working on a development of a website which will sell online courses and we’re having some trouble. It seems to be failing the conection between woocommerce and mercadopago payments for woocommerce.
We had an API error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught MercadoPagoException: Failed to connect to api.mercadopago.com port 443: Connection refused in /home2/u3280enra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-mercadopago/includes/sdk/lib/mercadopago.php:848

We’re also reciving the message “invalid product” so we can’t finish the purchase.

We’re currently using: Learnpress > Learnpress woocommerce payment mehtods integrations > Woocommerce > Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce

Something is not working on the middle conexion, can you help us solve this problem please? We need to sell the courses and we can’t make people checkout them.

The website is still under construction but if you need the credentials to check, just let us know.

Hola! Tengo un problema, cuando hago la prueba de compra en modo sandbox, al llegar a finalizar compra, me aparece una advertencia de PRODUCTO NO VALIDO. Intenté bajando a una versión antigu de Woocommerce, y hasta del mismo WordPress, pero sigue apareciendo la advertencia. Es para vender un curso hecho con LearnPress.

Importing products – ‘Invalid product’ error

Hi
I’ve been able to use the built-in importer module to populate a Woocommerce site, but yesterday added 140 products which it turned out had erroneous attribute entries. I corrected them on the source Google sheet, and then tried to re-import them using the tick-box to update existing products. I got 12 ‘Invalid or duplicated SKU’ errors, & 128 ‘Invalid product’. I then tried it without ticking the box, & got 140 ‘Product with this ID already exists’, which is what I’d expect.

I’m puzzled as to how the same Google sheet that created the products can now be causing these errors – any hints appreciated.
