Sold Individually Automatically Checked

Hi,

I am having an issue with WooCommerce when making new products. On the inventory tab of the product after publishing it, it keeps ticking the “Sold Individually” box. After going back in, unchecking it and updating the product it re-enables it.

Please can I get help resolving this as it is causing issues in getting more products listed and affecting sales.

I would like to implement a feature on my WooCommerce shop website where a product is automatically assigned to a specific category (let’s call it ‘LAST PIECES’) when its stock quantity drops to 5 or fewer items. This should be done dynamically, without manual intervention, so that as soon as a product’s stock reaches or falls below 5 units, it gets categorized under ‘LAST PIECES’ category. We have attempted to achieve this through PHP code, but it was unsuccessful. Additionally, I am using the Woodmart theme. Is there a plugin or solution available for achieving this functionality.

Inventory management for variable products, when product variation is the amount

Hello there,

In my woocommerce store I sell buttons. All the products I have are variable products. The variation is the amount of buttons the customer can buy.
The customer can buy stacks of 10, 50 or 100 buttons. I do this, because the prices are tiered. Meaning if you buy a stack of 10 buttons, a single button is more expensive, than when you buy a stack of 100 buttons. The bigger the stack you buy, the cheaper a single button is.

Now I want to enable inventory management. But my problem is, that whenever a customer buys lets say a stack of 10 buttons, my inventory only goes down one. I know you can enable inventory management on variation level, but I want to have a common inventory for the buttons, and when a customer buys the 10-button-stack, the inventory goes down 10, when he buys the 50-stack, the whole inventory goes down 50, and so on.

So let’s say I have a total stock of 100 buttons. The 100-button-variation could only be sold once, the 50-variation twice and the 10-variation 10 times. That’s why I need a common inventory, but the inventory has to decrease different amounts for each variation.

Is there any way to achieve that?

I hope my question is understandable, it’s a bit hard to explain and probably a niche problem, sorry about that.

Hello, how can I use this plugin for order routing and inventory management? I will give an example of what I want to achieve:

I have a client who is selling items in Canada and the US. The goal is to create two inventory locations and, based on the customer shipping address, place the order to the inventory in that country.

For example, I might have a stock of 5 in Canada and 5 in the US for a given item. If a customer places an order inside the US, the order is placed, and now the inventory in the US is 4, and the Canadian one remains unchanged (5). Everything should be based on the customer’s shipping address.

So, the idea is to set the inventory level in each location. Then, once the orders are placed, it automatically reduces the stock in the inventory that belongs to that country. I do not want the customer to choose the location; I want it done automatically.

Filter Stock Status By Variation Stock, Not Parent Stock

We are a wheel and tire website with 2,000 parent skus and 50,000 variations of those parents. Filter everything is fantastic, however we cannot figure out how to show the variation stock status, instead of the parent stock status. We have the stock status displayed on the top of our left hand navigation, but the amount in stock is only 2,000 (not the 50,000 we want it to show). Was wondering if there is a meta key for the variation sku in woocommerce or would the pro version include the ability to filter products at the variation level?
