Hi all,

I’ve created a customize invoice email using template customizer in Woocommerce > Settings > Invoice/Packing Lists and i’m using Flatsome theme. In short, my problem is like this https://theme.co/forum/t/logo-not-appearing-in-woocommerce-emails/77941/2 . I also tried the following solution https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/header-logo-on-woocommerce-emails-is-wrong/, but still my problem not solved.

Can anyone help me with this?

Disable Invoice Email on Specific Orders?

I would like to be able to disable the invoice from being sent on certain orders. I have already added custom code to prevent the default WooCommerce emails from sending, but have not located a hook/filter that would work to cancel this invoice from being emailed. The website owner would like to enter a few negative orders in for accounting purposes, so we do not want to confuse the customer since we already refunded them the amount of the order.

How can I check if invoices are being emailed to the customers? Where are these settings defined as customers say they don’t receive PDF invoices.

Is it possible to schedule invoice mailing ? I need to define date and time when invoice will be emailed to the the customers. Is it possible with your plugin?

Test emails in invoice are not working, but when I send it for real it works. I’m using SparkPost SMTP, configured with SparkPost plugin.

Hello, when a order is complete a pdf invoice email is not generated. I checked on the email setting and everything checked however, the customer invoice options has a right arrow instead of a check mark. I can’t find how to enable it to become a check mark and work.

man i’m loving this plugin. count me in for a 5 star review going up tonight.

For the email that gets sent to customers once they order the product, the “From address” is blank. How can i fill this in?

Also, is there a way to rename the name of the “invoice” file that’s attached with the emails?

Hi,

I have installed plugin and it’s working fine. but when pdf send as attachment in order email. logo is not display and only path is display.

There are following parameter is display in red mark in status tab

Allow remote stylesheets and images | true | allow_url_fopen disabled

I have try all possible way to set it true using php.ini and using .htaccess

but it’s not enable.

Plz get me some solution for these
