stripe checkout page not loading on iphone 6, but working on desktop

Your plugin is working fine on my desktop unfortunately on my iPhone 6 (SW 12.4.1) the stripe checkout page won’t load. (browser window minified do mimic a smartphone works fine too)

Any idea what the reason for that is?

Brand new install – multi-columns are not stacking in responsive

I just installed a brand new instance of WordPress yesterday. This is the first time I am trying out Elementor, so downloaded it fresh. Also installed “Elementor Addon Elements” plugin and “Page Templater for Elementor” plugin. Chose to use BaseWP as theme because I read the documentation and it is compatible.

The experience was pretty good! I like it better than Divi (although I have not used the latest versions of Divi).

The one issue I am having – within browser (Chrome on MacBook Pro OSX 10.12.2) everything looks fine with desktop, tablet, and responsive view. Everything also looks fine in Chrome Developer Tools – Inspect mode where you set it to iPhone 6 device or similar).

However, when I load the page on my iPhone 6 (IOS 8, Safari) – it only displays the first of a 3 or 4 column section. I tried disabling all plugins and removing my custom CSS code (mainly dealing with header/footer). At that point the edge of the next column displays on the right edge of the screen, but it is still not stacking, nor is it scrollable.

Not sure what is wrong?

Hamburger menu not displaying

I can’t get the hamburger menu to show up on the mobile site. It looks like it will work when I switch to mobile view in the customizer but on my iPhone6 the hamburger menu won’t display – but I do get a standard menu in 4 lines.

However, on iPhone4 it shows up just fine. Is it a screen width issue?

Slider is not responsive on an iPhone 5, and overlapping on iPhone 6

I am running the Weaver II theme, and using the Master Slider widget (image with text to the right) on my front page, www.haltonbus.ca

On the iPhone 5, the image is way too large and the text then overlaps the image. Does anyone know how to correct this – perhaps set it so that the image disappears or does not show on an iPhone 5 rather than becoming oversized?

On an iPhone 6 the slider widget looks fine, but it overlaps the page content right below it – the 3 columns right below it. I can add spaces, but this adds a white space on all other devices.

Navigation Menu doesn't work on iPhone6

Works perfectly fine on every device or browser. The only problem that appears is that on iPhone6(only) when you go into a blog post, and try to expand the menu afterwards, it just stays collapsed…

I’ve tried to google around for this issue, I’ve found similar problems with multiple solutions that hasn’t worked in my case. So please Slocum or someone else, fix this or tell me how to!

Cannot Login to Restricted Pages via iPhone 6 and ipod-iTouch

I’ve been getting complaint/support requests saying that members cannot access restricted pages when they attempt to access using iphone6 or ipod/itouch. They are able to access the same restricted pages using laptops, but not using the above. Are you aware of compatibility issues of this nature? Is there a solve for this? A setting variance? I need to have a solution for these people. What do I do here?
