My boss wants to have an item name on the order confirmation please:?https://ibb.co/jDqL6Hj?Because this email does not show. We understand it shows in the WooCommerce’s Order (?https://ibb.co/XFrQ2Ny?) but it would be great to show on the email too.

So I reported it to WooCommerce and they told me that it’s caused by the plugin, and they are correct. Because when I deactivated your plugin, it showed the product’s item name on my Order Confirmation Email based on this screenshot: https://ibb.co/1rNYWV6 When I activated it, your plugin somehow changed it: https://ibb.co/9312G8q

I like your changes, but it would be great to show the item name on there, how to do so please?

Hi,

I have problem with the breadcrumbs connected with the Yoast SEO (I tried with version from 18.5 to the 18.6). Everything is configured as you described in previous posts (name, description, breadcrumb title, etc) but I still have this issue on the Google Search Console “Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified – printscreen.
This situation influence on all products in my e-commerce shop.

The only way I could fast delete described problem is to switch-off the Yoast SEO. I tried everything. What is interesting with the All in One SEO (when Yoast Seo is disabled) the problem doesn’t occour.

Could you help me with it?

Just got 3 of these on Friday for 3 different sites, same error:
Breadcrumbs Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified (in “itemListElement”)
They appear to be in the in Yoast output:
{“@type”:”ListItem”,”position”:2,”name”:””}]}]}

I don’t understand why there is a “position”:2 being output to begin with or what that would be useful for.

There is a name in “position”:1:
{“@type”:”ListItem”,”position”:1,”name”:”Home”

– Why do my blog pages show Home as a name in position 1?
– Why is there a position 2 at all?

Any help would be much appreciated.

How do I specify an item name?

This is the bit of code that it’s showing me has the issue:

Using Yoast 16.02 free. Latest WP version too. Yoast has worked well up until the last update. I am now getting this Breadcrumb error message from Google Search Console

Strange thing is I DON’T use Breadcrumbs, and never have

I have a similar issue as post https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-breaks-breadcrumbs-either-name-or-item-name-should-be-specified/ within the “yoast-schema-graph”.

Google Search Console’s error: Either “name” or “item.name” should be specified

I’m using WordPress version: 5.5.1, Yoast SEO version: 14.9

Missing a ListItem name {“@type”:”WebPage”,”@id”:”www.url.com”,”url”:”www.url.com”,”name”:””}}
It’s empty so no space in between

Name is empty in this case, this page where I’m missing the item.name is from the custom post type archive page.

All other url’s in the breadcrumbs list are correct.

Please let me know what further information I should provide.
