I love your plugin and I am really enjoying the effect, especially on desktop where you hover over the feature images to see the title. The only problem I am having is that on mobile, the title doesn’t show until it is clicked, when it is clicked it brings you straight to the blog post so viewers only see the feature images with no title on the mobile grid.
I am using the “Thumbnail – title, excerpt” skin and I have the excerpt hidden using custom css. Is there a way to turn off the animation only on mobile so the title always shows on mobile devices but stays the same on desktop?
]]>Using this plugin is great! Thank you very much.
One problem I’m having is that the plugin blocks the Jakarta bot. Initially not a problem but sharing a page or post to LinkedIn stops or does not load the featured image (or any image) in the share.
I could remove ‘jakarta’ manually from the htaccess but I was wondering what settings in the plugin causes this. It would also be workable if it could be whitelisted somehow.
Hope to hear from you.
Many thanks!

]]>I think they’ve changed their HTML parser and now their HTTP request is filtered out by BBQ.
Their HTTP request looks like this :
GET /3-signs-theres-a-storm-brewing-in-your-cloud-contract/ HTTP/1.1" 403 - "" "
LinkedInBot/1.0 (compatible; Mozilla/5.0; Jakarta Commons-HttpClient/3.1 +https://www.linkedin.com)
And in BBQ, the word Jakarta is filtered out.
Is there a reason why Jakarta would be problematic?

]]>I don’t know enough PHP to troubleshoot the problem (I’m guessing it’s some kind of problem with the main template because the other “pages” are formatted fine. Please let me know what other information I can post to help explain the problem better. I’m using the Jakarta 1.5 template.

Thanks for the help…and for teaching an illiterate guy how to read.
