No email notification is sent upon submitting my Jetpack form

The Jetpack forms work well, until you hit SUBMIT. No email notification is sent. All other email functions are working well on the site – only the Jetpack forms are giving trouble. I have checked all the plugins which cause known issues with Jetpack compatibility. I have installed none of them.
I do have WPForms which work, but I prefer the Jetpack forms.
Please help!

Jetpack form not working at all

I’m having trouble with the Jetpack form – it doesn’t submit at all. No entries in the feedback menu on the dashboard and no emails are sent. I’ve tried various themes and the problem is consistent. I’ve also tried installing the email check plugin and this sends mails ok, but nothing comes through from the form.

I also tried installing Caldera Forms and this also fails.

In both cases, the contact form page seems to send but there is no success/error message displayed and with Jetpack forms the form is reset, with Caldera it simply stays with a disabled submit button. In testing each of these form plugins I have disabled the other to avoid conflicts.

I thought I could solve it by installing Postman. I did this and configured it. Still no change!

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Jetpack Contact Form – Link in Label possible?

I am trying to create a contact form consisting of a name field, an e-mail field and another checkbox that the user has to check (i.e. required) before submitting the form.

The checkbox would be have a label similar to “Yes, I agree to the terms and regulations”. However, I’d like the ‘terms and regulations’ portion of the label to be linked to an overlay containing the terms and regulations.

Any ideas on how I can achieve this?

Forms take 60 seconds to submit

Forms on my website (WP Multisite install) take an extremely long time to submit information.

A test form is here – https://www.georgetowncollege.edu/land/brandon-test – which uses Contact Form 7, but the problem exists with Ninja Forms and Jetpack forms as well. I’m running W3 Total Cache on the site, but even with it disabled, I still get this problem.

I don’t see console errors in Firebug or Chrome Developer and Query Monitor shows the sum of all queries < 0.5 second.

Feedback export CSV gives a blank page

Hi, I am testing the Feedback feature. It seems to record all the emails I receive (while most of them go to Spam, I don’t know why), but when I try the Export feedback as CSV, selecting “All posts”, it gisve me a blank page.

Could it be because the form I am using is not in a post but in a page? Does this matter? I was thinkg of adding another form in the footer.

No WordPress Jetpack Stats & Forms

Tried here to save repeating everything.

On https://www.Asset-Protection-Secrets.co.uk I can get not stats since upgrading (though other sites are fine) and even the historic stats have gone. I know I’m getting traffice n’cos I’m paying Google for it.
