I tried to log into wp-admin through this website and it goes back to the same page saying that this website is down due to a critical issue, meaning I am not able to log in on admin level.
I tried to log in via www.ads-software.com and I was told that my email address is not recognized in the system. What? I’ve had the same email address for years so this should not have happened. Please advise.
