I’m not happy.

I’ve paid the full price for this plugin and developer has left me on read for multiple DAYS. I informed him I have 2 major blockers and have not gotten a single response in over 3 days.

My two blockers:

Using CareerJet API:
1) Job descriptions look like garbage and I’ve tried every combination of settings to get it to display better. It’s just garbled junk that barely makes any sense, much less provide users with a clear job description

2) I can’t get this plugin to pull in Company logos, even when I enable scraping. They aren’t in the media library, and just keep showing the default image. The support article here did nothing to offer a real solution.

If you’re on the fence about this plugin – Don’t buy it or you risk missing deadlines due to an unresponsive developer.

Frontend Job Description Issue

What can this depend on?

Change Successful Job Submission Message

After successfully submitting a job the message reads “Job submitted successfully. Your listing will be visible once approved. Job Dashboard”. We can’t seem to find in which php file to change this message, specifically the “Job Dashboard” link, since we are linking to a different page.

Change URL from Job name(slug) to Job ID

Job Link is not working since it has the job name in the URL instead of Job ID.
I am trying to change the URL from https://www.dailypay.com/jobs/#customer-success-manager to https://www.dailypay.com/jobs/5705826002. So that the other functionality on the Greenhouse Job Board works like Referral Link and LinkedIn Jobs Apply.

How can I change the URL to populate Job ID after clicking on the job instead of Job Name?

so first: the job board said you can ‘optionally’ create an account but when trying to post a job it requires it.

second: i then made it required to sign up and now no email i input works, keep getting a ‘please use another email address message’. is there a way to make so that employers don’t have to sign up?

third: when adding a description the format gets jumbled when i preview it.

Im trying to add the job description data in the listing before clicking to see the full page. Is it possible? i tried editing content-job_listing.php and add data but its not loading. if this isnt possible. would it be to popup the click so it doesnt open a new window when you want to see the full description of the job??

Display Job Title in Details Page, Not Only Job Listings Page

It would be nice to be able to display the job title like in H1 or H2 size, like regular PAGES and POSTS would automatically display, in the jobs details page also instead of only the jobs listing page, because sometimes people may forget which job position they currently clicked on to view when just reading the job descriptions and requirements.

I know you could manually add the job title in heading format on every job listing page on the top of the job description, but that would be tedious.

conflict with wp job manager

The first thing I wanted to tell you is that I love your plugin, it has made my website much faster. I had some problems at the beginning with the header but I have managed to solve them.

However, revising the web a little more I have found another problem that I can not solve. I have installed the wp job manager plugin, and it works, generally perfectly with autoptimize. However, in one of the pages that you create to upload your job offer, the job description does not work as it should. It does not load the options of bold, underlined and other options. Similar to the description of this same forum. Only load the square and when you write the color of the letter is white and can not be seen. How could I solve it?
