Remove "Read More" on select posts

I’m trying to find some code to remove the Read More button on some of my posts where there are only a few lines of content that are already displaying in full on the category page. Example is below:

Journalcrunch: Menu levels problem

Hi, I’m using Journalcrunch (site5) for my website www.offerteviaggihotel.it

My menu has always been like this:

Europe
-country1
-country2
-etc

You hover on “Europa” and you see what i mean. While rearranging “Italia”‘s sub-levels it all got messed up. Whenever i try to add categories under the menu item “italia” they are all automatically set at the same level. So no drop down menu but the full list of names one next to the other on the menu bar.

Please note that “italia” is parent category of those categories.

Perhaps the issue is having updated WP to 3.4?

Categories, Archives, Search Engine "404"

Hi all. I’m having a very frustrating issue. My website https://afewwordsfrom.com has been through some changes. I’ve changed the theme twice, added a forum plugin, as well as a store plugin that I haven’t used yet, I’ve also toyed with the permalinks (within guidance of the WP Dashboard). I updated to the latest form of WordPress 3.3.2. Whenever I look at the archives at the bottom of any page, or on the categories (https://afewwordsfrom.com/category/blog/) for example or look for anything in the search engine, as you’ll notice there’s an error message claiming the content that I’m looking for isn’t found. “Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.” is the default message. I’ve made sure to tag my posts properly and connect them to the categories that I wish. I’ve double, triple quadruple checked and beyond. I’ve been able to recreate this ‘error’ every single time and I don’t know how to find a solution. I am an average coder. I understand some lingo and can pull something if you wish. I’d just suggest going into detail so the process doesn’t take too much your time or mine.

JournalCrunch Theme – Menu Problem

Hi! (I’m not sure if embedding images here is going to work, so forgive me if I screw it up)
I’m having trouble with the menu on the Journal Crunch theme.

It’s supposed to look like this,
but mine looks like this.

See how the “Home” button is hanging out below the menu? It’s not just the home item; anything in the first spot on the menu does that.

I’m okay with html and css, and javascript is new to me. I’ve been messing around with firebug, and I’m not getting anywhere. Can someone help me?

hey all – I have been playing around with Custom Fields, to try and get a ‘Basic Info’ box to display on each post, such as:

however, I have two problems:

how do I position the Basic Info box so it displays top right of every post? (with a border ideally)

why have I got a duplicate ‘singlePost’ and ‘respond’ div hanging around in my footer?

Different templates for home page and nav pages

I use i custom teheme, JournalCrunch(https://wordpress.site5.net/journalcrunch/) which supports navigation only in categories, authors but not for the home page.

I created a custom template where there is navigation but i would like to use the default home page.

Example: i see the home page with box and under the posts the navigation which has a link to the template page that i’ve created is it possible?

Removing a dotted line from a theme

I’m playing around with a new theme called Journalcrunch.

Toward the top, there’s a horizontal line consisting of small teal-colored bullets. I’d like to remove this line, but I’m not sure how to go about it. (I’m a newb. Obviously. A gracious newb, though, nonetheless.)

What’s the best way to remove this? Should I be looking to modify a PNG image file in the theme, or should I be turning my attention to some sort of PHP file?
