I hope people will read this; the forum seems a bit inactive.
I installed “the conference” theme yesterday and like it so far. However, the view schedule button is different than the Registration button. Is there a way to fine-tune this? I tried to open the files, but I needed help with the structure of WordPress. I used to program ten years ago :).
So couple things I want to fine-tune/customize.
– The schedule button, I want this the same as the “REGISTRATION”
– The green color I want to change, my logo is mainly blue and red, so want to use those colors on the website as well. I only can change the blue background. This might not be a “The Conference” thing. I’ve the feeling everything is green.
– I’d like that the “REGISTRATION” button is opening in new tab.
$exclude_list[] = 'quick-and-easy-faqs';
$exclude_list[] = 'quick-and-easy-faqs-js';
$exclude_list[] = 'quick-and-easy-faqs-js-extra';
But it doesn’t work. Am I missing anything?
]]>I tried to fix the problem by rolling back all the changes in the plugin settings – it didn’t help. Deactivation also didn’t help. Removing it also didn’t fix the problem. Clearing the cache didn’t help. Can the problem be corrected? Or is there only a full restore of the backup?
]]>The reason for this is, that when i click on a layer, it should not be a link or open in a new tab, instead a specific part of the conent from the url target should appear in an iframe. I already got that part, what i still need is the URL of a layer.
Is there any Approach or best practice for this you could recommend?
Thanks a lot in advice
Ralph
]]>Currently all plugin CSS/Js files are loaded on everywhere (for example on homepage mostly we don’t need it), which impacts performance/speed. There should options for this, so we can load this plugins styles and scripts on specific page, for example on post detail pages only.
]]>Is there any way to serve CSS,JS files from GCS bucket?
]]>The pages does not pass the render as my scripts do not load and I get other error for my js and css files.
To try to fix this I have:
1. Turned off all main plugins and tested, which did not fix it so there can not be a clash with one of the plugins
2. Switched template to see if that was the cause but I had identical errors
3. Turn off vanish cache
4. Turn off CDN (Cloudflare)
5. Spoken to Cloudflare who say everything is loading correctly and the issue is with the URL inspector and google bot.
6. Had the developers of my hosting company (Cloudways) to look into it and they could not find any errors.
7. Load scripts from footer
8. Change the loading order to scripts
9. Turn off scripts from running when not required on page
10. Tried using Rocket premium cache alongside cloudflare which did not solve it
I can not think of anything else to try in order to solve this and I have contacted a large number of professional developers who have also not been able to fix it. Please can someone help me know what is causing this so that I can get google to render my site correctly.
Could these setting be related to the URL inspector loading issues?
