We are trying to make ANPAMILLA.GAL fully work as an alias of ANPADOIESDOMILLADOIRO.COM (main domain, where the WordPress blog was firstly installed). And now we can use inner URLs like https://anpamilla.gal/hazte-socio/ as an alternative to https://www.anpadoiesdomilladoiro.com/hazte-socio/
But when we try to browse directly to https://anpamilla.gal it just jumps and redirects to https://www.anpadoiesdomilladoiro.com (and we definitely DON’T want that, but the shorter domain name to be kept at navigation bar).
I guess it’s something like this other thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/top-page-doesnt-work-but-sub-pages-do/
Or could it be something related to Polylang automatic language recognition and jumping?
As far as I know, there is no cache acting, both at client and server side, but I cannot be 100% sure!
Can you please help us? Danke sehen!
]]>When navigating to this page: https://test.kinderloft.ch/angebote-test/#platz3 it works well with all browsers on a PC – but when navigating on my iPhone, the browser (Safari or Chrome) first go to the anchor on the page and then continues and jumps to another place on the page.
I just cannot figure our why this behaviour take place…
WordPress is up-to-date. I use KidsCare theme V1.0 (ThemeRex) but have also used KidsCare V1.4 and V1.9 from axiomthemes. It makes no difference…
I obviously appreciate any help regarding above topic.
Thanks

]]>Recently I updated my website. The website uses the WordPress theme Twenty Twenty-One. Now I notice that the header jumps at different subpages. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
Thank you very much for your responses!

]]>My problem is the following in the checkout process:
As soon as the next button (k?vetkez?) is clicked after the billing informations are filled, the screen jumps down to the lowest on page. I lost some customers, because they didn’t scroll back to top of the screen.
This issue is only seen with multi-step checkout and NOT with “normal” checkout.
I was lookoing for a solution and I found a topic that have a similar but not the same issue:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/issue-with-stripe-checkout-and-ocean-wp-multistep-checkout/
I have the latest version of the theme.
Thank you in advance,
]]>On my website I struggle with the subject issue. This is happening on mobile devices (haven’t tested with tablets yet) – when you scroll the page it sudennly jumps to the table, not allowing to read the whole text.
I use Read More free theme + Pricing tables by Subsystic (the big tables you see on top) + TablePress. Do you have any idea what coul cause this issue and how to solve it?
I also happens on this page, where the sructure is similar: Click

]]>While the WooCommerce product page loads, the product loop area jumps around -> it becomes bigger and smaller while loading.
As I found out, the problem results maybe out of the css code of “rw-action-area”. Maybe the “float: left !important” loads with delay? If you disable the float option, the product loop area expands at the same size as it does while loading (then the stars are displayed among themselves instead of side by side.
I think the problem exists since I updated the rating widget a week ago. Do you have a solution to avoid this kangaroo feeling?
