We use Forminator on our WordPress site. The site is brand new and not ranking but we are getting a lot of automated spam/junk mail through.
Is there any way to stop this? We are using a Google V3 Captcha but it doesn’t seem to be working. We are using Forminator: [forminator_form id=”188″]
Thank you.
]]>You all know the story, junk bomber-bots cruises the web, see an open comments section: then swoops in and drops their get rich (and other), foul smelling loads right into your unsuspecting core, whereby you have to clean the [spam] out, if the system hasn’t already done so, but you still need to check it anyhow: just in case.
It’s a pain, am I right?
The only viable solution that I’ve found to date, (apart from installing junk plugin killers that don’t work), is to close off [all] comments on [all] pages bar one, the contacts page: that I had to monitor constantly, ..
But not any more, if you select (Button) to load the comments section, then it appears that this Plugin hides the WP comments-open-letter-box from the bomber-bots, which is brilliant.
Now I’m not saying that the junk-Bots can’t evolve: they probably will, but currently, the automatic spam scripts can’t press a button to open their bomb-bays with their stinking deposits, .. Oh’ happy days: no junk mail for over a week now.
I can highly recommend the lazy loading plugin, but as I say: for all the wrong reasons.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
]]>So, I setup Easy WP SMTP to work with Office 365 via the instructions found here (Option 1): https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn554323(v=exchg.150).aspx
I set it up to deliver emails from [email protected], and was able to successfully send test e-mails via the Easy WP SMTP dashboard to [email protected] without it going to the junk folder.
The next test was to create a user at biomediusa.com. After doing this, the email notification containing the password was delivered from [email protected]. However, it went to the junk mail folder for [email protected]
All initial emails containing login information are always delivered to users’ junk mail folder. Order update emails are delivered without a problem. It’s only this initial email that causes problems.
I own both domains in question: biomediusa.com & nohvy.com. I’ve already troubleshooted with my hosting provider, WPEngine and my email provider, Office365. They suggested trying to force rich format for all email sent via the website, since the test email was RTF format. Can you please let me know how to do that with this plugin?

]]>Im running woocommerce on my site and im not sure why everytime a person buys something through my site, the confirmation emails are sent to their junk mail box instead of inbox. So they may miss out the email with information regarding the orders inside.
Anyone can assist me in this?
]]>Does anyone know how to improve this process? for users with gmail account, I don’t have this problem but for everyone else, my activation email goes to the junk mail folder.
Does anyone have any tips?
Thanks in advance!

]]>All of my content and settings are still on the dashboard backend, untouched, but the front end of my site went almost entirely missing. The only things that were left were the header, primary navigation (those links still work and display properly once redirected), and the most recent article posted. I backed up all the content, increased security, changed my username and password, and put up a landing page explaining that the site is temporarily down; but I have no idea how to fix the problem with the home page.
I’m assuming the template files were changed in some way, but I’m a total amateur as far as working with the files or adding any custom code (I’ve worked almost entirely with developers), and need some guidance about how to proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
