Cannot link to page unfortunately. Having trouble tracking our gravity form submissions in Analytics because a Facebook plug-in is interfering with our ability to redirect to a confirmation page and just producing that “array” error. Our client’s website is a subdirectory on a multi-site and we do not have access to the root site to add/remove the plug-in.
Does anyone have some potential workarounds for this?
Thanks!
Hi, So the problem is still there.
Update: The guys from ‘Contact Form 7 Submission DOM tracking’ plugin support said they found 2 instances of code running and that was wrong. I had a piece of Google Analytics event tracking code for my contact form 7 submits already in my header, and their plugin was also adding the fbq(‘track,’Lead’); as a separate script block. So they asked me to combine them. I told them I would try deactivating their plugin and simply include the line: fbq('track,'Lead');
with my GA function call. But it didn’t work. See this whole conversation here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fb-pixel-lead-tracking-not-working-properly/
Now, I have removed my code in the header, and again activated their DOM tracking plugin to automtically track both Google Analytics and FB lead events, so the final page source now looks like this: https://prnt.sc/gwe24y
Also on checking the page source of : https://chennaidreamhomes.com/contact/ , I find that your plugin while adding the facebook base pixel code uses double quotes for tracking default PageViews like this: https://prnt.sc/gwe1kc
Someone online said to change those into Single Quotes the way Facebook gives the code.
Can you check if this is the problem?
Please, this is urgent – such a small pixel code install issue but it is taking forever and my facebook ad campaigns have already started running and I have no way to track results with my Pixel now.
Thanks,
Tara
Great plugin so far in helping me to improve my page speeds!
But I am having trouble with my contact form 7 submissions not consistently firing a Lead event in the FB Pixel Helper Chrome extension, and most plugin support authors are pointing to your AutoOptimize plugin killing off some Javascript, or some conflict that breaks JS code.
Basically, it works correctly only when I flush the AO cache or disable both this plugin and Fastest Cache plugin. I am optimizing for all 3 settings – HTML, CSS and Javascript and excluding jquery as you suggested in another reply.
My page is at: https://chennaidreamhomes.com/contact/
Can you help?
Thanks,
Tara
Thanks for this plugin – I had been searching high and low for a way to track my contact form 7 leads with FB ads.
I’ve been using the PixelCaffeine plugin for a while now, but not able to track contact form button clicks as LEADS on my site, consistently. No Pixel events are seen on Facebook. Sometimes I see it, but other times I don’t see the “lead” event firing in the Pixel helper chrome extension.
Can you please check and tell me why?
Thanks,
Tara
Does your product meet my requirements below?
1) I have a site that does not have eCommerce. I have customer’s signing up for a service (simple form) and we bill monthly after the service is provided.
2) I just want to be able to generate custom links (unlimited time frame) for each of my referral partners. These can be marketed on websites, through email, twitter, etc. and should stay with the visitor (who clicked the link) throughout their time on my website. I would like the form to recognize the link and auto populate the referrer’s name or unique identification into a referred by field in the form (could recognize the link in a database and pull the corresponding code/name from database to populate the form field.)
3) I need to be able to generate unique links for each partner that I sign up. I am ok with manually being able to generate these links/codes, but could be open to an auto-referral partner link program in the future on my site.
4) What forms, auto-email do you work best with?
5) Can I store all information on my site or in my site database because some of the information that customers input in the form will be sensitive.
Will your product work for me?
Thanks.

We were using the WordPress-to-lead for Salesforce CRM plugin when we ran into a limitation of the plug-in.
On the pre-existing site, the “Lead Source” field is dynamically populated by the Salesforce “Lead Tracking” feature (link below). Some examples of the populated data include “Google – Organic”, “Bing – Organic”, “Web Direct”…

Can this feature be incorporated into the plugin via the API Add-on?
FYI, the client has an Enterprise Edition account.
