Comment Box Only Appears when I customize theme

Hi there, I have enabled the allow comments option in theme customization, individual post settings, and even in settings>discussion. All the settings are recommended ones from the experts.

But still, the comment box is not appearing! It only appears when I am customizing the theme and shows, logged in as [my name] leave a comment. There is no email and website section.

Even while a preview of my post, the comment box does not appear. I understand the difference between the post and the page. I enabled comments only for my posts but it is not appearing.

So what should I do?

I am using the genesis framework and Aspire Pro theme.

Not seeing section to “leave a reply” on some pages

Just noticed that for a few posts I am unable to see the “leave a reply” section

Eg https://culinaryshades.com/dinner-rolls-bread-machine/ – does not show the section

some posts show it – eg – https://culinaryshades.com/basundi-shots-instant-pot-dessert/

Please note, I have comments enabled for all posts and double checked as well.

Can someone please help?

Using Blog Designer Pack, Leave a Reply automatically appears below my post. I want name and email fields, but not ‘website’ field. How can I edit this out?

Make the Comments/Reply section smaller

I would like to collapse or make the reply/comments section smaller at the end of posts. Can the “comment” box be made into a smaller box? Is it possible to put the name and email fields on the same line? Any ways to make this section smaller, the better. Thanks.

Several readers have told me (especially those who read on mobile) that they can’t figure out how to leave a comment. I think it’s because the Leave A Reply section starts SO far down the page! Is there a way – and please bear in mind I have ZERO coding experience – to move the location of the Leave A Reply section or, barring that, to remove the Previous Post part of the page?

Friends, I could not figure out how to change the font size of the ‘Leave a reply’ title of the comments form in a single blog post page. It seems quite large to me.

I tried changing the headers (H1, H2, etc) in typography settings. That did not help.

Could you please advise of a solution to this, please?
