I am trying to apply filters on my website running on OceanWP. When I filter categories (Bioraphy), I am able to see the left sidebar. But When I apply custom taxonomy(Language) as filter, the left sidebar not appearing.
Is there any way, I can have both left and right sidebar for all posts/filters/searches and only right sidebar for pages?
I think the left sidebar is not appearing only for custom taxonomies as in the theme customization, I have nowhere set.
Could you please help.

]]>I am new to WordPress and I am currently working on my first site using OceanWP.
I need to make some custom sidebars depending on the subsites so i tried using Custom Sidebars Plugin to do that. The problem is, I cant get it to make a left sidebar, if i set my menu on the left, i don’t get any code with id=”left-sidebar”, only right worked for me, but i thought i could make it work by making it float on the left side. Guess I was wrong because it becomes problematic when someone tries to scale the page and the menu jumps to the right bottom corner. After that i got to know that OceanWP has it’s own Custom Sidebar plugin and i tried to use that but unfortunately i don’t know how to get to the menu depicted on this site:

If I understand it correctly, such menu should show when I try to edit a page but for me it opens a page with default WP Editor (I am using Elementor though). I thought that maybe the first plugin just doesn’t have the exact same names thats why it could not add the left sidebar but i don’t know how to check and change that and on the OceanWP Custom Sidebar i don’t know where the menu is located.

I really like the theme but am a little bit confused how to enable another layouts that the theme already has implemented.
I’m also new to wordpress because I’ve been using blogger until very recently, so please forgive me if I’m being stupid here. ]]>
I’m trying to set up a site with a sidebar on both sides – left and right. In General settings I’ve chosen Both sidebars – but only the right one gets displayed. (It shows the default sidebar content.) If I chose Left sidebar it moves to the left. But I cannot get left and right to show up. I have allocated some content to the left sidebar using Appearance>Widgets. Why does the left sidebar not show?
I have installed Ocean extras and tried choosing the Both sidebars layout in the page settings, but that makes no difference.
