I had downloaded Grid Kit Premium for a customer several years ago. I believe at that time I had paid a single fee, but the plugin updates were not included. There are now critical errors in the plugin that could jeopardize my website if I don’t update it to a version higher than 2.0.0. I then bought the standard license, payable annually, in order to have unlimited updates year-round. I now have a license key. However, I can’t find where I can add this license key in the plugin? I tried to upload the new Grid Kit plugin to my website without deactivating the old one, but it gives me an error message on the screen and the plugin won’t upload. Do I have to deactivate the old Grid Kit Premium to activate the new plugin? Will I lose all the image galleries I’ve created? If you can help me quickly, I’d really appreciate it, so I can see what my options are for having a plugin that’s safe for my site and for not losing any of the galleries I’ve created. I just purchased WPFunnels Pro (Medium Annual). I have installed the “free” plugin, and then downloaded and installed the “Pro”. When Trying to put in my license key, WP is returning an error saying:

“An error occurred, please try again”

Additionally and error is at the top of my screen reading:

“Your?WPFunnels Pro?License is not activate. Please, go to the WPFunnels > License menu and activate the license to use all the pro features of?WPFunnels Pro?.?Activate now.”

When I click “Activate now” It takes me to my license management page, where I copy the license key for “WPFunnels Pro- Medium Annual” and past it into the “Licence Key” Activation.

The errors persist.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, yielding the same results.

i received a licence key for the 14 day free trial.

I downloaded the premium plugin and tried to enter it in the “Premium” Tab. Unfortunately the trail key is not working. Also tried to request a new one, but same error.

". Please try again. If you do not have a license you can purchase one here."

I cannot downloaded the PRO plugin from the Piotnet site, my status haven’t change, it still on the “pending” status.

I have sent several messages to the developer via support email address and online contact form with no answers to resolve my issue.

Would you please do something !

We’ve connected the host (Domainfactory), and there is no missconfiguration.
What happened with our account? Do you need the licence-key?

My geotargeted plugins are now appearing for all customers, regardless of location, and I can’t access the settings menu (https://www.donnawilson.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=popupbuilder&page=sgpbSettings) until I enter my licence key.

I have a problem with a developer. I bought a plugin from him and now he tells me that every time I want to install it, I must give him Admin access so he can add a licence key to activate it.

Of course, I would not give him ‘my’ admin access, I would create an admin account for him.

I don’t honestly believe it is a trick to get access to my site as an admin. His reason is that he hasn’t got a decent licensing solution for his plugin and has decided on this ‘amateur’ approach. That’s Upwork for you!

IS there any way I can find the plugin license key after he has added it>
IS there a script/plugin that could record all keystrokes by his account so I know what was typed as a license?

Any ideas please?
