Hi,

I am using Pro plugin purchased recently. I have downloaded and using the plugin. I am able to create advanced fields. But not showing when i got to edit profile. Is it mandatory to activate the license to check these fields in edit profile page ? please confirm

In the move from the old website to the dev site to the staging site I have lost my access to the pro license which was mailed to me on 25 October 2024 and now I’m being pressed to purchase a new license.

Each site is using the free basic license. How do I activate my pro license on my staging site please?

UPDATE Actually NM, I have sorted it. I had a conflict with Elementor that was stopping updates and deactivating all my plugins and reactivating them allowed me to reupload my pro license and activate it.

Cannot access page for gp premium

I’m working on localhost setting up my workspace, and I started to activate the generate press premium add on (on two sites). I have had 3 running routinely in the past but am updating. I have the lifetime license (500 installs, nowhere close), the key worked on two of the sites, but on the third it gives me “sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” error when I try to go to the page to insert the license. I reinstalled the plug in and nothing. I have used GP for multiple years live and on localhost, first time I’ve seen this. It is literally the only plug in running. I am stuck until I can get this to work. Thanks!

My bad, I caught the error. I didn’t have GP set as the active theme, user error!!! I’ll delete this if I can figure out how.

Activation problem at a new url

For the last few months I have had problems activating “Insert or Embed Articulate Content into WordPress plugin” on my new site swotsmart.co.uk. However, activation efforts fail every time with error messages “Your license is not valid for this url” and “Your license key has reached its activation limit”.

As a result I have sent numerous emails to vendors support besides submitting the issue on the their online form with no response,

The WP site where the plugin was previously installed has been deleted and seems to need the vendor to enable the license to my new site.

As I license holder since 2020 I am surprised at the lack of any response considering that my license was renewed as recently as 27 October 2023 (Order no. 24258).

I am sure it is a simple enough issue which I would very much request to be resolved urgently.

We just bought a pro license and cannot get the license to activate on the website in the plugin settings. I am in the dashboard in our account and I do not see any link to contact you. Please advise.

I always receive this message when I try to activate the plugin with my PRO license, this would be the third site to use this license key:

“Unable to contact licensing server. Please try again in a few moments.”

I have already tried many times on different days.

License Doesnt Activate

I have installed the new version of Visual Products Configurator on our staging server. I then added the license key and activated the license and received a message that the license was successfully activated. However, when I go to the actual front-end web page I continue to get the following error. “You have not activated your license yet. Please, activate it in order to use this plugin.”

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, creating a whole new staging site and retried again, but nothing works.

I contacted the plugin developer multiple times but get very basic instructions like try pasting your license key again and saving. That’s def not the issue, and WP already says the activation was successful???

Can I get some real help here? This is sucking up a lot of our time unnecessarily.

I have download Avalon, as well as Denali, Madison theme and WP-Property: Agents, but all of them can’t be activated, though I have copied all the secret keys.
