Lightbox nav only advancing one image in SOME browsers

Hello,

This plugin is fantastic, but I’m having a problem I’m hoping someone can help me solve.

My site is on a staging URL for now: https://la02.mithrilnetwork.com/~embracel/

In Desktop browsers, when you click to open an image in lightbox view, it will only let you advance one time to the right or left. It won’t even let you go back to the previous image after that. Additionally, the appearance of the Advertisement is inconsistent. Adding to my trouble pinpointing the issue is that face that sometimes it works fine.

On the other hand, Mobile seems to be fine. You can swipe either direction, without issue, through a whole gallery, and the Advertisement overlay appears consistently.

I’m using the Twenty Twenty theme and only the following other plugins:

Disable Emojis (GDPR friendly) [to stop WP from converting things like “:)” to emojis]
Redirection (enabled, but no redirects setup, yet)
SVG Support (to use SVG logo in header)
WPCode Lite (to insert GA4 code snippet to header after launch)

Plugin Prevents Lightbox from Opening

Great plugin but unfortunately it’s preventing the lightbox from working – when you click an image the lightbox does not open. As soon as this plugin is deactivated, the lightbox works again. Please advise.

I am using version 6.4.2 of WordPress.

Hello!

I use the free photo gallery plugin and have errors with the light box description.

The element seems to be jumping between display: none and block and create a scroll bar.

Any idea what to do?

Gallery causing page to not scroll

Once you open the lightbox in the gallery, then close the lightbox, the entire page will no longer scroll up and down. This only happen for this plug-in gallery. Nowhere else that I have lightboxes set up do I have any issues.

I don’t allow users to upload content to my site and this plugin allows me to have complete control. It also works perfects with WordPress 6.1.1 (The current version at the time of this review).

I wanted users to be able to preview MP3’s, MP4’s, PDF’s, and JPEG’s/PNG’s within one single lightbox like Google Drive does and this plug is the only plugin within the WordPress ecosystem that I could find which allows this. And believe me, I have checked and emailed many developers. I was actually shocked to find this plugin.

If you want to feature your content in a professional manner, this is the plugin for you. It’s literally one of the best plugins that I have ever used and it is completely underrated. There is a nice amount of options and themes as well! Highly Recommended!

How to add a gap between the film strip and the light box?

Hi. I’m using Photo Gallery ver 1.7.4.
With ‘slide show’ and ‘lightbox’ enabled, is there a way to force a gap or margin between the lightbox and the horizontal film strip (thumbnails) underneath it? At the moment, mine are jammed up tight together; I can’t find a setting to change it. Also, I cannot seem to change the background color of the lightbox. If I try to apply a custom Style, it makes no difference; it remains either black or white. Thank you!

Gallery disappears once you close a picture

When you click a picture to blow it up and look at it, and then close the picture, the gallery dissapears.

Not sure how to resolve this? I cant figure out how to update the plugin if that is an issue.

Hi, when I clic on an image, before the link opens, a light box image shows up. How can I do to avoid that image light box. I need that the link opens immediately.

Several galleries on a page

Hello Archetyped,

I created 5 galleries on this page https://test3.andras-kovacs.com/termekek/. Each of them launched from the “galéria” text links. They work perfectly and launch the relevant product category images. But after displaying the relevant images all the pop us shows the images of the other galleries as well. How could I display only the images that added to each gallery? I tried [slb_group id=”group-1″]Links together[/slb_group] shortcodes as well. Please help.
