We have a Load balancer with 2 or more instances, with one Ligthsail Managed Database and a Bucket associated with a Distribution for the media.
I would like to use W3 for my wordpress site, however, I’ve had troubles with other caching plugins in the past due to the architecture we use. Sometimes an user request tries to get a cached file (css, js, ..), but it doesn’t exits in the load balancer chosen instance (404), causing errors in the page structure. It means, the cached file was generated in one of the instances and exist, but the request could be attended for an instance that hasn’t generated it yet, causing the 404.
It is possible to find a workaround for this with W3?
Thanks in advance for your help.
]]>I haven’t worked on the site in months so when I tried to access the site yesterday it wouldn’t pull up so I rebooted the server. No luck. I’m using Let’s Encrypt so I followed these instructions thinking the cert had expired. https://www.seahorse-data.com/how-to-renew-the-lets-encrypt-certificate-on-bitnami-aws/
That didn’t help either. I do have a snapshot from March of this year which did work so not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated. (if I need to upload logs please be specific about location since I’m not a Linux person
]]>We’re running a WP site using a Lightsail instance and when I try and regenerate thumbnails it proceeds through the list without errors, but checking using FTP and trying to access the urls, the files are not being generated. This is working on my local instance on the site so it must be to do with Lightsail. Any help or alternative methods to get these new sizes working would be amazing – thanks in advance

===== End of bndiagnostic tool output =====
I’m having an issue with my lightsail/wordpress ecommerce instance. It runs pretty smooth throughout the day and doesn’t need any ctlrscript.sh restart, but later in the day the site will become completely unresponsive. Loading in the browser will just continuously load and seems to just hang. Even using ssh to connect to the server just hangs and never responds.
The only way to fix this issue is to do a hard shutdown, wait 3-5 minutes for the instance to stop, then to start the instance again. Using the reboot button in lightsail doesn’t work. Sometimes immediately after the hard shut down, it will become unresponsive again and needs another hard shutdown.
I even tried to us the bitnami diagnostic tool to troubleshoot during this time and it just hangs as well… It took 3-4 times before I was able to successfully submit this diagnostic tool output.
To troubleshoot, I ran the top command and see that the mysql process is taking over 100% CPU, and in my lightsail instance the CPU is in the burstable CPU zone and above 30% use constantly. It seems like my CPU is running way to high, and I’m not sure why:
Bitnami support recommended I update my PHP settings, but I already did that and I’m still getting issues. They also recommended that I use a Query Monitor tool but not sure how to diagnose with that:
https://github.com/bitnami/vms/issues/1388
They finally said, “In case it doesn’t work please open a new question in official WordPress forums, where more experienced developers may give you other hints on what may be happening.” So I am here asking for help to diagnose and figure out what’s going on.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, but this version of?Ultimate Member?does not work with extension?“Ultimate Member – WooCommerce” 2.2.3?version.
Please update extension?“Ultimate Member – WooCommerce”?to the latest version.
I have just created a wordpress instance on Amazon Lightsail throughout this tutorial. I can login to the wordpress as an admin with the default username (user) and provided password. The problem is, i already created a whole webpage with everything included with different username (from the one i am currently writing) through localhost. How can I connect those two accounts, so the webpage from a localhost will be visible in my default “user” account i created with Amazon Lightsail?
Thank you for your help,
Katarina
