I have a problem with the exported file, maybe I’m missing something. I have multiple column/row likert scale and in the e-mail it shows the rows (the claim) and the column (the rating). But in the export file I don’t have the rows, just the the columns.
I’m posting 3 pictures. First one is the form that’s how it looks, second one is the e-mail, and the third one is the export.

For example it should be “Gondoskodás és melegség: Meglehet?sen nehezen” but in the export I’m missing “Gondoskodás és melegség” and only have “Meglehet?sen nehezen”.
Thanks for your help!
Andrew

Also the free version doesnt have Google recaptcha so will land you in a world of spam.

I’m using this plugin w/ GF and trying to use the Gravity Form Survey Add On. This plugin breaks (does not allow the form to render so you don’t see the layouts for) the Likert, Rank, Rating, layout options that the Survey Add On provides (kind of the key reason to use the plugin.)
Any insight on how to resolve?
I’m thinking that since no HTML for the Likert, Rank, Rating, fields are even being sent to the browser, that something in the PHP is not allowing for these fields types to be created.
Here is a link to screen grabs with the WYSIWYG plugin on and off. You can see when the plugin is on, none of the HTML for the Survey field is even making it to the output.

]]>I was wondering why we don’t have the “Other:” custom answer feature for other types of questions than Likert matrix. It seems that it is only valid for this type of question but could be useful for dropdowns.
Also, when using the “Custom Answer” in the Likert matrix question, the “Required” functionality doesn’t work anymore. It is also important that in the Likert matrix, if the Required is checked to YES, that all sub-questions have a selection and not only one.
