I find it hard to identify the specific cause of the breakdown. But looking in the error log of the time of the breakdown I see this error: AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary.
We also see suspicious looking internal links that we did not see before. Links like this in the end after the domain url: ?srsltid=AfmBOoq………..
Finally we have also identified a database error after looking into the debug log: WordPress database error Unknown column ‘posts.ID’ in ‘on clause’ for query SELECT SUM( order_item_meta.meta_value ) as qty, order_item_meta_2.meta_value as product_id………
The strange thing is that the website seems to be stable, when not working on the site in the backend.
Any tips/advice on what to look for? Any help is much appreciated.
I have an error:
AH00125: Request exceeded the limit of 10 subrequest nesting levels due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace., referer:
****/product/****/
***/product/****/?utm_source=Google+Merchant+Center&gclid=****
What does this mean?
And how do I solve this?

Could you help me fix it please?
I have several blogs with the same configuration, same plugins, etc., and it is the only one that shows these errors.
Thank you so much for everything.

Then, I turned on debug and found it to be reporting the following, which appears like some infinite loop on Gzip files.
I’ve got Gzip turned on and am not getting any errors on the client end but I’d like to figure this out and fix it.

Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
By looking in the access log, the page generating the error is from an events calendar page: https://afam.clas.ufl.edu/events/2221-01/?
This is a bit strange since the site has no upcoming events and the event date is January 2221!
Is there any idea why this event link would even exist and what could be generating the redirect loop error?
The plugin is up to date and it’s network activated on a multisite installation.

]]>I have been in contact with multiple people at bluehost, and they seem to think it’s related to my .htaccess file running a loop. I can’t get anyone from there to even suggest a fix.
I copied my .htaccess and wp-config information directly from the wordpress network setup.
Error logs show “Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.”
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
