There is a typo in “errormessage“
The prompt suggests that there is rather an upload limit when it comes to how many items simultaneously can be uploaded via the server.
Where would be that setting to change on the server? Would it be under /etc/php/8.3/apache2/php.ini entry?
I do have these changes within the server’s php.ini entry: (the generous resources setup is due to that the server is a installed as a VM locally.)
memory_limit = 4G
post_max_size = 5G
upload_max_filesize = 5G
max_execution_time = 3600
max_input_time = 3600
What do I need to look for, and change perhaps to ‘limitless’ simultaneous uploads (or much larger number)?
I hope you don’t mind this generic question that is more related to the basic setup of the server rather than of the plugin itself.
Thank you
PS: I love the wordings and solid and clear definitions of this statement that are describing the server’s limits of file uploads, actually I didn’t know what is the difference between
post_max_size = 5G
&
upload_max_filesize = 5G
until I read the description within the plugin generated prompt on the Upload page.
‘upload 20 files of maximum 5G bytes each
and total 5G bytes
and allows 3600 seconds to complete‘
First I tried to import 8000 lines with 8 languages ??but I got a 504 error.
When I upload a csv file with 500 lines and 1 language I see “Translations updated. Items: 0.”
In order not to get a 504 error;
How many languages ??can be imported at the same time?
How many lines should the CSV file have at most?
Some plugins (not all) appear to be translated but I don’t know which ones were imported because I keep getting a 504 error.
]]>Two months ago, i submitted this ticket: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/users-can-still-submit-more-than-one-response-to-limited-quizzes-if/
Essentially, if two users submit the same quiz at once, the limit submission doesn’t work. Others can still complete the quiz if the quiz was already loaded on their screen (but in reality, nobody else should be able to submit in that case) As of right now, the quiz becomes unavailable ONLY if users refreshed the browser page.
For reference, this problem doesnt happen with custom forms, only with quizzes.
I noticed that an update was recently released, and the revision notes stated: “Fix: When two users submit the form at once, limit submission doesn’t work”
Sadly, it seems like the developers mistakenly looked into the forms instead of the QUIZZES. Either that, or they didn’t quite understand the problem. I recently updated the plugin and tested all of the above, and the issue is still present.
Thats quite disappointing, because this means having to wait several more weeks/months until they attempt to fix it again
Could you please pass this along and explain that the issue is specifically with quizzes and NOT with forms? And to please test it before marking it as resolved?
Thanks!
