Hi-

Just toying with using a link cloaker, and set one up using this plugin, but I notice using Chrome it redirects to my homepage first, but if I click it again, it then redirects to the correct external link. Weird, huh?

Anyone else get this with latest version of Chrome? I haven’t seen this happen in Firefox yet for the handful of times I’ve tried it.

The default URL cloaker, anonym.to, has now been blacklisted by Google which means that any links to that site will be reported as “Attack” or “Unsafe” sites by many browsers.
Until the developer provides a fix for this, the following URL cloaking services can be used in the “Custom External Link Prefix” field:
https://nullrefer.com/?
https://anon.projectarchive.net/?
https://ipkill.org/go/?
https://href.li/?
Select:
“External Link Prefix” -> “A Custom URL”
and place one of the values above in the “Custom URL prefix” field.
This is a great plugin!

Auto generate page url

Hi,
I would like to ask for help if its possible to make my page have a different url everytime user will visit it. Im making a free page where they can view a video from our newsletter but the visitor should not remember the url so they will not give it to others. I cant find a plugin or codes where the original page url will be hidden and overwritten with a dummy url.

Wp compare tables ignores link cloaking plugin

I recently began to use wp compare tables plugin, I am having a few problems though.

Most importantly, my link cloaking plugin does’nt work within the wp compare tables.

Secondly my outgoing link registration from Google dos’nt work either, as it used to when I just made tables directly in wordpress.

I hope you have some ideas on how to solve theses problems, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
