I have been trying to get assistance on this for a few days and no one from linksalpha responds. I’ve sent emails via your site and received no answer. For economic reasons I can not continue to use your product. When I try to deactivate or uninstall the plugin it affects several other plugins, and the aesthetics of my page. How can I correctly uninstall?
Thanks.

]]>After years of using linksalpha network publisher, I have decided to no longer continue using this plugin. But when I deactivate the plugin it affects two other plugins I have installed, one being Download Manager by Never5 and the other is Blubrry PowerPress. If I deactivate network publisher the other to items do not even appear on my posts. It goes as far as allowing the player and download link provided by the download manager to appear, but only on my homepage. If I select the individual posts, neither the player or the download link appear. This is affecting new and old posts. How should I go about removing the linksalpha plugin without it affecting any other aspect of my site?
Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide.
]]>Then we were trying to resolve an issue with posting links to FB, and (best guess) one of the plugins we installed must have overridden my css with theirs. Hence the out of alignment background, the lovely grey background in the main content area, and the very narrow left/right divs. (Note: it hasn’t seem to have impacted the mobile phone version of the page, just the tablet and desktop ones.)
I have turned off all the plugins to see if that would resolve the issue, and thus narrow down the cause of the issue, but that made no difference. I have checked my css and it appears to be the same as it always was. I have gone over the ‘view source’ on the page and see that the plugins have added a bunch of crap, but for the life of me can’t figure out which one is causing my issue.
If anyone smarter than me out there can help me figure out what is going on, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks, and happy new year.
Alison
Hopefully anyone can resolve this. Thanks alot

]]>I went on and got a message that I had to get a new API key from LinksAlpha for Network Publisher to start auto-posting to my social networks again. No biggie, I’ve done it before. Nope. I went on and could not get a new API key without deleting both the Facebook page and the Facebook wall then re-adding them. After that, it was fine (it had been telling me I needed to upgrade to add more accounts to LinksAlpha). I went into WordPress and went to the Network Publisher plug-in to enter the new API key – and it wouldn’t take it. I removed the API keys I’d had on there, and it still would not allow me to add the new API key. The message I keep getting is “Upgrade account. Please upgrade your subscription to continue using current number of networks and websites.”
I then REMOVED Network Publisher completely and went into my account on LinksAlpha and removed my social networks from there. I closed the Internet and rebooted my computer. I went back in, got the networks back into LinksAlpha and got a new API key, then reinstalled the plug-in to my WordPress account and tried to add the API key. Got the same message. I just emailed LinksAlpha but I’m not sure this is on their end at all. Why wouldn’t my blog posts open? To me that suggests an issue with the latest WordPress update. Even when I change from a static front page to latest posts, I cannot open any of those posts in a dedicated page, it keeps rolling right back to the front page.
This is not working for me. I don’t know where to turn at this point and am ready to give up the blog altogether over it. Does anybody have any ideas?
]]>This neat looking plugin would be great if it worked directly, without blog visitors having to expose their account to yet another application provider. Could you please make it like that?
