The last review that went through was back on January 21. I hadn’t changed my settings, but my review reply did not show on the CusRev site either, even though it was an hour later.
Could someone help me remedy this and get these messages to go through?

Where and what kinds of errors should I look for to figure out if I can safely switch to live mode?

]]>In sandbox mode on mobile, paying with credit card loads correctly the Paypal box (I think it’s an iframe) inside my website checkout page.
In real mode on mobile, paying with credit card opens a new windows with Paypal website to pay.
On desktop it seems to works correctly inside the checkout either in sandbox and real mode.
I have only one virtual product, so I removed billing address related fields and also all shipping fields from Woocommerce checkout.
Don’t know if this strange behaviour, on mobile, is related to this fact.
Note that I’m sure that real PayPal Client ID and PayPal Secret in the settings are correct and that my Paypal account is enabled to do that in real mode, because with another payment plugin (that unfortunately has others problems) it works.
Thank you.

Thank you for your help.

What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance!

In short, Test mode worked fine, but when I moved to Live mode, I couldn’t get any transactions to process. Every attempt triggers:
“error”: {
“code”: “testmode_charges_only“,
“doc_url”: “https://stripe.com/docs/error-codes/testmode-charges-only”,
“message”: “Your account cannot currently make live charges.“,
“type”: “invalid_request_error”
}
I’ve been trying for five days to get my account fixed. The chat folks say a ticket has been filed — I gave them the precise reference to the solution — but there’s still no action.
