I have installed the YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom plugin in its free version to be able to have a carousel on the product page. However, I get a loading message (it takes more than 20 minutes). I don’t know where the problem is or if it has happened to anyone.

i have experience the issue from three days site non responding not available on some platform such as PageSpeed Insights and most of the time does not load

DeTheme killing Elementor :(

I see there are other topics regarding this issue but no comments are displaying with a fix.

DeTheme Kit seems to be stopping Elementor loading. I’d rather have it work as it provides a few bits n pieces for my website’s theme.

I have disabled DeTheme and Elementor loads fine.

What info is required to help troubleshoot this issue?

The site does not loading on mobile until I get bit scroll on mobile.

Also it is removing custom script code from the visual composer text editor.

I was planning to buy this plugin but it should be fixed asap, so I can buy it.

Plugin does not working with their tempate kit when i disable the plugin website works fine but some elements does not load up also contact with support team but they are delaying the process.
