Footer Text, Icons, Widgets Font Problems

As seen on my website: https://petert34.sg-host.com/ ; my font colors are out of place! Basically, i am in the process of migrating from my other host – that is still up and running at www.meide.sg.

but if you compare both websites – the footer is very different. how do I adjust the following to ensure my new website is configured properly?

1) Adjust footer background color
2) Adjust footer size (? or position?) so that there can be still some background (eg black color) seen below the footer
3) Adjust the font colors of the Footer – which I manage under Appearance>Customize>Widgets>Sidebar and Footer 1, 2 and 3.

Mobile Menu Color flashing

I recently changed the menu font hover color and since then, the mobile feature has been acting up. When I hit the menu bar and the menu pages, the whole mobile screen flashes blue. Is there a way to get rid of it?

I’ve managed to get the desired font color and font hover color on my website. However, I noticed when I’m on a page, that page in the menu bar is highlighted in a dark grey rectangle. Is there a way to remove that and have the page I’m on be highlighted just by the blue hover text? I also noticed when I click on one of the pages in the menu bar, there is a white dotted rectangle outline if I move the mouse slightly. Can that be fixed?

I’ve noticed there is less traffic on my home page compared to the others and it seems people don’t know they can scroll down. Is there a way to add a drop down arrow inside the image header area for the desktop view?

Undarken Header

I like the Lodestar theme but I would like the header to not darken the image. Is there any way to remove that?
