Can’t Login to WP Staging Site

Hi, I can’t log in to the WP Staging site before and after their latest update. I followed the guide’s instructions at https://wp-staging.com/docs/can-not-login-to-staging-website/. None of these methods have allowed me access to my staging site. Please advise next steps. I really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

While the login allows me to login to https://app.gettimely.com/ it doesn’t work on this plugin. Therefore I cannot move forward at all.

Everytime I try and log into my WordPress dashboard the request times out, with no further explanation! I’ve enabled cookies, cleared my cache, and followed every other troubleshooting step possible, with no luck. Even requesting to re-set my password times out! I’m worried I’m locked out forever :/

Any advice?!

PHP Error / Can’t Login

Our site was working fine this morning but I updated our stripe credit card plug in and immediately our site crashed saying there was a PHP error. Unfortunately I can’t login to the WordPress account. I don’t know much about coding or anything so I’m looking for some help solving this problem.

Login In Webpage Not Found

Yesterday the homepage was changed from the original one, to a new page. It was done through Settings > Reading > and selecting the new homepage. It’s now been brought to my attention that the link that was originally set up for logging into the backend (link provided) no longer works, and keeps showing an “Opps! This page can’t be found” error, so now no one can go into the backend and log in to access the dashboard.

Does anyone know what the cause of this error is and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Reinstating Admin Controls

For some reason our Admin controls have been removed from our account. We are still able to log into our account, but have no admin access.

Any advice on how to reinstate admin access?

Cannot Log In To Account – Details Will Not Register

Hi,

We have been logged out of our site and cannot log back in, even though we didn’t change the log in details or alter anything in any way. It won’t even recognise our username as connected to any account.

The following message appears when trying to log into the back end: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Any attempt to change the password etc. also doesn’t work.

Any ideas please, as we really need to fix this as soon as possible.

Renamed wp-admin log in now not able to access

My website was hacked issue and I installed Shield Plugin but now remove. I configured the plugin and changed wp-admin to ks-login so that no one can hack in future. But unfortunately I have forgotten the password. Now when I try to login to my website, i get error. I am able to view my website but cannot get into wordpress dashboard.
I have renamed the plugins folder to plugins-old but even then the shield plugin is active and not allowing me to get into my dashboard. I have a backup of my website, but is there any way I can rectify it without using my wp backup. Kindly help out plz.

Hi my website with the links to back end and upload was successful with this plug in however I am getting problems

Now after bringing file across now I got kicked out and the login name and password is not working or even recognise me….. Have I been compromised or hacked in my site? Please advise? Yikes

How do I get back into it easily as I cannot go change files or anything? Yikes

Hello,

I am the owner of A site hosted with a free host provider.

I can’t access my admin page, the error is user not found or does not exist.

I tried logging to wp.org and wp.com to make 100% sure, cleared cookies and used a different browser, the problem is the same.

I am 100% sure that I am using the right username since I saved it in google drive and I used it 100 times before.

Kindly tell me what to do for www.ads-software.com to remember my username and access my admin page.
