Can anyone help me in this case?

You can log in to the administrator account with the following information:
Username: xxxxx
Password: The password you chose during installation.
Log in here: https://xxxxxx.com/wp-login.php
We hope you enjoy your new site. Thanks!

However when I click on forgot password and enter this email address I never receive a link for the new password. Nothing seems to be going into spam either.
Any advice please anyone?
]]>I’ve noticed I can’t log on my site’s admin panel.
I’m absolutely certain the username and the password are correct. I receive no indication of error, the screen simply refreshes and I’m indefinitely stuck on the log-in page.
The site is fully visible.
Could it have anything to do with the newest WP update or B-Host’s purchase by Mythic Beast?

]]>I installed this plugin for a client and now when they client tries to login he is getting this error…
“You have been banned because we’d detected a scan attempt”
I have deactivated the plugin and had him log in and reactivate it and it still doesn’t work. I have had him clear his cache and try to log in and still the error.
How do correct this for him or go around it???

]]>I renamed all the themes in the file and tried logging in. No luck.
I then renamed each of them back, one at a time, to their original name. Each time I changed one back I tried logging in. No luck.
Now my file names are all back to their original names. I still cannot log in.
I have the Wordfence app on my site. It emails me every time someone logs in to my site. I think WordPress thinks I am logged in because I receive notification from this app that I have successfully logged in, but I only see a blank screen.
What are the next suggestions? Seems like WordPress would create a fix for this since so many people are having the same problem. Very frustrated right now.
