Thanks for reading and any advice available
]]>I have problems to log in with my administrator account :
admin7870
It is not recognized anymore.
And when I type my domain name (OVH) on the internet, this is what I get :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/xavierdey/www2/wp-content/plugins/otter-blocks/vendor/codeinwp/gutenberg-blocks/blocks/chart/class-chart-pie-block.php on line 40
I am just starting with wordpress and it is possible that it happened because I replaced in the settings of my WP account “admin7870” with my email address …
I do not know what to do to fix it …
To get into the support, I used another “log in” I used in the past.
Can you help ?
Thank you so much,
Xavier from Belgium

Yesterday after logging in to dashboard I was asked to change my password for a stronger one. I used the one suggested by Google or WordPress. Unfortunately, once the popup window appeared on screen, asking me if I wanted to save the password, I miss-clicked and it was not saved. After a few seconds, I went on with my usual dashboard routine, only to realize some hours later after logging out, that I no longer can access my admin panel! Since the password was computer generated there’s no way to remember it, and since I failed to save it there’s no sign of it in the list of passwords in the browser. When I try to reset the password as I try to log in to the dashboard I see this message: Email cannot be sent. Likely reason: likely the mail () function is turned off. >>I’m paraphrasing this message because my WordPress is in Polish language<<
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks!
]]>Recently I’ve tried to log in to my admin dashboard and it doesn’t work
After writing credentials on login page it looks like it’s trying to connect with my server but after several seconds the login page restarts with blank fields.
I checked if my page is loading properly, and there is no problem at all, so I guess this is not related to my server provider.
I had the same problem few days back but all of a sudden it started to work on the next day.
I would appreciate your help a lot.
Many Thanks
Albert
]]>I can’t log in to my new account at www.daniel-beaudoin.com; I keep getting a notification that email/password etc are not correct.
However, I am able to log in to https://www.mycafespace.com/wordpress, an old account I wish to delete.
I have already started to edit my new account (www.daniel-beaudoin.com), have been logged out and cannot log in again.
Thank you for your assistance
]]>I have a problem which I would like to describe to you below:
I have a site, which I started to create and develop a few month ago, but I had no time and I just started to continue its development yesterday.
I am using Avada and I installed the Architecture demo, then it wrote: you have to update your database (or something like that) and I had to log in again but from that moment if I try to login with my previous username/e-mail adress it write: invalid username/e-mail!
It is like I lost my account or I do not know what happened, or why, but please, if you can, help me to log in.
My username was: [redacted]
The site adress: https://www.fursystech.com
Thank you in advance,
Robert
When I log in on the WordPress Login Page, I do not receive a login error. I actually receive an email from my Word Fence plugin Alert telling me that I have logged in but my dashboard does not open. This happens from different locations using either Admin log in.
When I use the password reset I receive the error message “could not save password reset key to database”.
Word Fence notifies me that I have logged in via email. After I have requested to reset the password I never receive the link from WordPress. Further, as I said I log in but my dashboard does not open.
Can I use my backup because this looks to me like a plugin conflict–your assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Ruby
]]>I’m just busy with moving my existing WordPress-Site to a new server and I’ve come across this very weird problem. I hope you guys can somehow help me out.
So after moving the database and the site itself to my new server, I am trying to log-in to my wordpress dashboard.
As soon as I try to open my admin log-in page, it starts opening the log-in page on my old server. Also if I remove my old website on the OLD server, the site on the new server does not work properly anymore on the NEW one.
I hope someone has an idea what the problem could be.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers,
Torben
