i’m actually noticing that the Logo appears on PC browser BUT on mobile it appears a blank image placeholder of 415×336 pixel.

]]>I’ve run into an issue with the company logo on our website. On the live site, the logo in both the header and footer looks distorted, as if the background wasn’t removed properly (like it was edited with a low-quality tool). But the original image is good quality and properly sized. I’ve attached screenshots so you can see what I mean.

What’s confusing is that this issue doesn’t show up on the staging site. Both the live and staging sites use the same logo from the media library, so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem.
A bit of context: Our previous developer used Elementor Pro with an agency license, and since we’re no longer working with them, we can’t update the plugin (we don’t have a license). All other plugins and WordPress itself are up to date. I also found out the developer set up two different headers (one for desktop, one for mobile/tablet) using Elementor Header & Footer Builder and ElementsKits Lite, both pulling the same logo from the gallery.
The same weird distortion is also affecting the footer logo, but no other images on the site seem to have this issue. I’m not sure if it could be related to a plugin conflict with Elementor, but I’d appreciate any ideas or guidance.

Please update your plugin to add a new row of social media icons that match 100% the official logo and colors of all social media apps/websites. For example, there is no true representation of Instagram’s logo.
This topic tried to address that but, so far, several icons have not been updated.

]]>Further, the reason I discovered this is because even without a custom Logo URL clicking the logo only reloads the page.
If you view the source code of the login page it is obvious why this is happening:

Rather than waiting for an update/ fix I would love to hard code the URL into the plugin files… but I can’t figure out where make the edit.
