I haven’t been on my blog in months; I’ve been dealing with cancer treatments. But it’s a religion-related blog, and today is Ash Wednesday, and I thought it was past time to get back to it.

There were all kinds of updates nagging me to install them. So I did, and they wrecked the site. I don’t even know how to get back to the dashboard now.

Can someone help? I am not a techie – obviously.

This mine 3rd thread regarding the lost wp-admin dashboard. After following steps given in other threads as well as mine, I am deleting and uploading files to cpanel
Now becoming worsen…outsiders cannot even look for our website.
Please do something to guide with more detail steps, please.

This happened immediately after I clicked ‘Upgrade to 3.4.1’ link from the dashboard. Until then, everything was working fine.

The site is working fine, but I can’t access dashboard, edit/create a page/post.

i lost my dashboard. i get this error message when i try to go there:

“W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home2/lewisco1/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.”

what i was doing was trying to add “w3 total cache” but after it was installed and i thought i clicked ‘activate” i could not get to other places on my dashboard. (i could click them, but i would then see a blank page, and my web site disappeared)

so i removed w3 total cache, by deleting the plugin thru my file manager. any ideas?

I’ve spent time searching the forums but cannot find the right fix. I’m on the thesis theme.

I added css code in the custom file editor to center my nav bar from a reputable site that had lots of (apparent) successes. But I think I must have royally messed it up because now my site is completely gone, and so is my dashboard. Nothing is showing up at all. It’s just a big white blank nothing. I had previously (and successfully) added a signature to the same css code.

Is there any hope? I have zero idea what to do after hours of searching for a cure.

I can't get to my dashboard to finsih setting up blog, keeps redirecting

Please help! I decideed to move my Blogger blog to my own host using wordpress. I had not done the redirects from my hosting service yet because I am not ready to go public with the new blog format while I tinker with it but I could not preview it as it would just go to the domain that I own which has a tired old webpage. So I did something in the general setting in the hopes that I could see how it was looking, and now I cannot get to my dashboard to edit anything on the blog or remove plug-ins or ANYTHING else AT ALL because it keeps redirecting to a broken page on my domain! PLEASE HELP!
I was so excited to be able to move my blog but now I cannot even get at the dashboard to do anything it is like I wasted the last 12 hours of my life for nothing. I am sort of freaking out a little here, please tell me if there is something I can type in the spot in general settings that would fix it because that is the only part of my dasboard I have access to right now and I only got THAT by using my browser’s “back” button because if I click on ANYTHING in the dashboard, I just keep getting redirected to the screwed up non-functioning version of my blog.
I am so frustrated I even typoed my own username to register just to be able to ask for help here, and then WordPress mocked me by asking why I registered when I am already logged in. Sigh.

admin sign in and therefore dashboard is lost

Woe is me. I must have stupidly deleted the admin sign in link on the blog www.godlovespatricia.com. Now I can’t do any changes. How can I access the dashboard now? I can probably figure out how to put the link back on the page at that point.

Not quite sure what happened. I have been looking in the forums but can’t seem to find the answer.
I just installed nextgen plugin into lightroom so that I can upload my images directly into my new blog.

Lightroom requested that I enable xmlrpc. which I did but now I have lost access to my dashboard and when lightroom try’s to connect it says that I do not have access to user data…
can anybody help,
