How do you reset the points in loyalty program? We wanted to reset all of customers’ points to zero. There are a lot of customers and doing them individually will take time. We set this to 1 daty: “Points expire after days inactivity”, and it did nothing.

Is it a must to install WooCommerce in order to use this WooRewards plugin? We don’t need points-to-cart, but want to use features like referral, birthday points

Can we use WooRewards without WooCommerce transactions? (My client won’t accept online payment but want to use WooRewards, admin will adjust the points manually at backend when customers purchase offline)

I tried reaching out to you through your support page, but it’s not allowing me to send you a help ticket, even though I’m an annual and ongoing plugin customer! What the heck?!

I have glitches in my loyalty point accumulation. i have 1 to 1 set for points with a breakpoint of 200 to get 100 extra points

But I have a customer Order #799644 who ordered subtotal: $279.96

which should have been 279 points + 100 extra
but she got

Activity Points
Purchasing products 279
Spending over a certain amount 100
Spending over a certain amount 100
Spending over a certain amount 100
Total 579!!!!

It’s multiplying the breakpoint extra points. And this isn’t the only order that this has happened to

I am looking for a shortcode, or maybe a hook/filter that pulls in the user’s loyalty points. I know we already have the code for store credits:

Is there a shortcode for loyalty points directly? Or some sort of hook/filter that we can use to gather that user’s information?

Hi, I apologize if I have not chosen the right forum, please direct me to the right forum.

I want to create a Loyalty system where users receive points in the form of stars or other icons and they see these points on their mobile phone screen and this happens in the store.

When they want to use those points, it is possible at the store that rewarded the user with those points.

So everything happens in the store, not online.

Starbuck has a similar loyalty system.

There is a great need for this method of rewarding customers, every store needs it, I can’t find a WP plugin for this system.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A PLUGIN LIKE THIS?

I’m creating a little plugin to display “user total points balance” and “user points balance’s value” using shortcodes I can display anywhere.

For now I’m using direct database access to calculate the result but I guess that you guys have some more efficient functions/filters I should trigger to make it more sustainable ?

I absolutely love this Loyalty/Rewards Program. It’s unique and allows to to market your Rewards Program as such. You can customize your digital coin with your icon, etc. There are a lot of different option also such as Refer and Earn, earning bonus coins for sharing/liking your social media pages and customers can even purchase the coins.

The only CON that needs to be fixed: On WP/Woo the plugin takes over the store connection step for all plugins. IE, when you attempt to activate another plugin the Twism connect and authorize pops instead. I had to uninstall it until (I thought) I was done installing plugins for awhile. This will be cumbersome for future plugin installs.
