iOS/Safari Trouble Can’t Open Page Because Connection Was Lost

Hello. I encountered a problem where I can’t access my wordpress website in iOS devices, namely iPhone and Macbook. I used Safari browser in both devices and it only displays “Safari can’t open page because connection was lost.” I have tried uninstalling all plugins, changing networks, clearing caches in all devices and wordpress cache but the problem still persist.

In addition, somehow I can access my website in Macbook but only through Google Chrome. Meanwhile, I can’t access it in my iPhone through any browsers. iOS version doesn’t matter because I have tried it on both old and new devices.

Any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

I simply cannot use MacBook. I use Windows, then everything is OK. But MacBook isn’t OK. Why?

Macbook Air’s Safari unable click right click paste

Recently I had spotted an issue on the Gutenberg editor. The Title and Paragraph fields are unable to click on the “Paste” when using a right click dropdown option.

These fields’ paste dropdown is clickable after single letter / character is insert to the field.

It’s happening on Macbook Air Ventura 13.2.1 Safari Browser. The user of the website is an old folk which he think that keyboard paste is harder for him.

Is there anyone or solutions for this situation?

Cookiebanner stays visible on each page on mobile device

I put Complianz on the academy of my client.
Now some of her customers complain that the cookiebanner is visible on each page. So on each page you have to click accept.
Especially Samsung mobile and also the Macbook.
What am I doing wrong? Looking forward to your reaction.

Yoast SEO meta box is not complete

Hi,

I have some problems with the Yoast SEO plugin. It worked fine before but for some time know the Content Optimization tab is not complete. It only shows a snippet example but no tabs about readability or SEO strategy.

This problem occurs within Google Chrome and Edge on a Windows laptop, but not in Google Chrome on an Macbook.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem is and how to fix this?

ttf (true-type) not in upload

Hi,
Great plugin which works fine in Elementor.
However, we have difficulties with fonts (avenir light) not showing in Safari on Macbooks. I understand that they need ttf (truetype) fonts, but when I look in the folder /uploads/useanyfonts/ there are only woff and woff2 files. The url’s in uaf*.css correctly show them. But no ttf.

Can you tell me how to embed ttf (truetype) in using this plugin?

Safari doesnt show images

Im having an issue with the plugin. Since I installed safari doesn’t show any images. Chrome is showing correct. I don’t know how to configure the plugin to make it work right. I activate Alter HTML and activate Only do the replacements in webp enabled browsers but doesn’t work. Please can you tell me exactly how I need to configure to show in Safari images?

Portfolio pages don’t load on Apple products

I have problem with my portfolio pages. I created several portfolio layouts and put the codes for each portfolio into an extra side that I all created with divi. When I click on the portfolio page the pictures all load perfectly fine but when I go to the pagination and e.g. click on page 2 the pictures won’t show up or just show small bars cut from the pictures and stacked on each other. I have to click on another number and then again on the number of pages before until the pictures show up.

I contacted my web host and divi but they all said that everything is totally fine on their end. Now I figured out that the problem is just with apple products. The pictures don’t load on iPhone, iPad, iMac and Macbook (no matter if safari or any other browser) but when I open the site on a windows computer all portfolios load like they should.

Please help!

Website loads on any other device except my laptop

Hello,
My website loads so slow on my computer only. I can load it from any other device with no problems, my husband can get it on his laptop sitting across the room in seconds and he’s tried from the computers at work, no issue.
We’ve done EVERYTHING we can think of to fix this issue.
It’s my Macbook that simply takes forever to load my site… like a 2 minutes for each page! It seems that it’s my laptop that just doesn’t want to load the pages quickly. Makes working on my site impossible!
I don’t have any problems with any other website loading but my own.
Does anyone have any answers for this?

What we’ve done:
Checked router, internet connection.
Deactivated/activated plugins
Checked proxies
Checked DNS
Checked IP
Ran malware scans
Tried running on everything (firefox, Chrome, Safari)
