First post here from a non-techie.

We use Hubspot CRM, primarily for Marketing and Sales Hub.

We are looking at Mailpoet 3, as it has the capability to create email newsletters from blog posts, and schedule the broadcast to send dates. Nice.

However, we want all customer data held in Hubspot as the single source of truth. Ideally, this will include all the opt-in / subscription / GDPR consent data.

The outcome is to have automated emails sent to Hubspot lists with engagements tracked (delivered, opens, clicks, etc). The other option is to pull down a list for every email broadcast send.

Is there a way to configure the tools to work together?

Hope someone out there has a simple answer and solution!

We have Mail Poet 3 blogger license.
We send via our provider and not via the Mail Poet sending service. We’ve been mailing to a list of 1,050 subscribers for a month and Mail Poet doesn’t show an error.

However, many subscribers do not receive the e-mails at all. However, all subscribers are confirmed.

What should I do to ensure that all subscribers receive the emails.

I recently upgraded my WordPress site (v. 5.8) and all its plugins including MailPoet (v. 3 with free access to Premium since I have less than 1000 subscribers):

PHP version: 7.4.22
MailPoet Free version: 3.65.1
MailPoet Premium version: 3.65.0

I use MailPoet sending service.

However, while trying to export personal data with tools>Export personal data I always (checked with 2 different accounts) have the following error message (in French, translated below)

“Une erreur est survenue en tentant d’exporter des données personnelles.
Le retour de l’exportateur n’est pas un retour valide : E-mails MailPoet.”

“An error occurred while trying to export personal data.
The return from the exporter is not a valid return: MailPoet emails.”

What should I do to enable this essential feature to abide by the GDPR?

i sold my Domain “stromautobahn.de”. After that, i created a new site and want to use Mailpoet Plugin.

The Problem is, i cant cancel or reset the Domain in Subscriptions-Menu.
I think i have some special subscriptions. i have 2000 subscribers plan for free.

What can i do to cancel the old Domain?

mailpoet is not working any more. I installed version 3 – same issue. I started the maintenance mode with standard template and none plugin. same issue.

A few email clients have limited support for CSS background images and for some of the properties for controlling how the background image appears, not displaying the background image at all;

I thought I took great care to get all settings right.

I used the Climb Every Mountain email template, changing only some text. Sent it from Preview to 7 of our group that had a mix of WIN10, iOS and Android. Only 3 could see all images. I could see none and the other 3 had mixed results. No OS related pattern.

I cannot recall not being able to see images in an email to me (FastMail) so it seems to me that the above mentioned ‘limited … CSS background images’ is not the problem.

Will appreciate if you can anyone suggest other areas to look at. Regards, Ken

I don’t want to delete anything is there a way to get Mail Poet 3 to install.

It doesn’t even show under Mail Poet 2.
