One of our sites got deeply infected with malware and the Japanese Keyword Hack. MalCare initially cleaned the site but the hackers returned and deleted the WP installation. We reinstalled a backup but it was still being infected by malware. I contacted MalCare support and the team at BlogVault got onto the problem almost immediately. In less than 24 hours the site was clean with all the malware removed. We haven’t had a problem since. conflict when a user places an order

I found some issues in my debug log that a subject matter expert analysed to come from this plugin when user places an order.

The function property_exists($user, ‘user_login’) returns false, due to which $user_login will be null and do_action(‘wp_login’) triggers an malcare LP hook which is causing the DB error.

I am impressed with the service given within short span of time. All should have Malcare and do purchase the paid version for premium service, that could save many days of nightmares due to unusual activities and hacking jobs.

Malcare is a great value if you have WP sites to manage and protect. I own two sites that were hacked. I took the 3 sites plan and the people at Malcare took the time do clean my sites by hand !!! Great support.
Plus, malcare interface is great to update, install, uninstall plugins, themes in WP easily and securely (backups ! backups !).

I’m a developper, i hated WP, it is a pain in the … but now… i’m cool thanks to Malcare.
