Two questions:

1) Is it possible to customize the theme footer, by adding columns, widgets etc? There is no such option in the theme customizer.

2) on the website I am developing, I am using a child theme of Maskitto Light, and in my style.css file I set it to use the same text-domain as the parent theme (maskitto-light). Loco Translate plugin identifies correctly that the child theme uses the same .pot file, and the .po and .mo files are saved correctly, but the translation doesn’t work. I put the .po/.mo files in all possible directories (/maskitto-light-child/languages, /maskitto-light/languages, /wp-content/themes/languages), but nothing seems to work.

I’m trying to figure out how to center the logo on the mobile version of Maskitto Light. The website can be see here: https://4fb.iamdavidwilson.com/

for example, if i type hello world and select h3 (heading 3) style,
then it come out like – hello world –

this problem only come out on heading 3 style.

I am using the “red” version of the Maskitto Light theme, and would like to hide the title of the “services” on the “home” page until the mouse is over the icon. Put another way, when the services icon moves up as the mouse covers it, I would like the title to appear.

One way to do this would be to make the text transparent until the icon is moused over, but I have been unable to locate the correct objects in css.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I’m currently checking your Blue Demo, trying to replicate some of your pages to get a grasp on the theme usage, but I have a few questions about some css rules that I cannot configure in my local environment, for instance:

At the home page of the Blue Demo, the width of the container class is different than the theme’s default, inspecting the page this rule have the custom width:

body .container {
    max-width: 1230px;
}

also the icons above the service widget have no border making use of the following rule

.service-item .service-icon {
    border: 0px!important;
}

Where are those rules configured on the wordpress site, and how can I add those configuration to my site?

1) I want to have a section where I can display pictures of various events. I would like to first have a thumbnail for each event, and then when user clicks on the thumbnail, I want a pop up to show the various images of that event, kind of like an image slideshow/gallery. How do I achieve this?

2) I want to have on every page (not post, but page) a sticky widget which is to be located on the right, which has a free ebook download link, so my users can download at any time during their visit to my website. How do I achieve this?
