I have an issue with woocommerce and propably with Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce. Sometimes some of the orders, after receiving response about successful payment or successful reduction from the stock, double up. Like there are double communicates about order status and double amount of them disappear from the stock etc. Also, there are double messages about successful payment which have the same IDs, but differ in source – one of them has mastercard source and the other – just ‘card’. That happens only with mastercards (with visas, everything is ok) and not every time user pays with mastercard, but only sometimes (there is no pattern to this). Also, money is NOT taken from the user account twice. And the Stripe Payment Plugin does not recognise that as an error, because there is nothing in error logs. The main problem for me is the product is taken twice from the stock. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Hello, i like your plugin. one simple question to stripe.

Is it the same like with paypal to use the option stripe the payer need first an account there? Or can stripe be used without an accoount there the payer only need giving in his/her credit cards details like e.g. visa, number and so on by choosing the posibility stripe?

in my way i want to fit the order and the payments about a simple form cf7 with paypal and creditcards like Visa, Mastercard etc. – it is only a simple shop, don’t need a big solution.

I look forward to a soon answer, thanks a lot.

However when I press Pay, I want it to take me to the specific page in order to complete the process.

I am located in France, have indicated a VAT number, and am using a Mastercard.

Did you already experience such difficulties?

Hello

Our bank is in the middle of implementing 3DS2.0 in MPGS from acquiring perspective.

As per the schemes mandate, by October 2021, all of the Merchants have to be compliant with 3DS2.0. However, there is an eligibility check before boarding, that is an essential for every merchant to have API 57 or later in use when integrating with MasterCard.

Enable Apple Pay with MPGS

So we need to enable Apple Pay with our current MPGS integration. Apple Pay is already supported by the bank via Direct Payment method. The bank has provided documentation ref on how to enable Apple Pay https://bsf.gateway.mastercard.com/api/documentation/integrationGuidelines/supportedFeatures/pickPaymentMethod/devicePayments/ApplePay.html?locale=en_US. The merchant ID and .cer is also created with Apple.

Now the only thing is to get the payment option enabled with current MPGS integration. Kindly assist.
