I have been using Better Search Replace for many years and I had had no need to contact support for a very long time. I am struggling with the

“An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support.”

Even if I turn it down to 3000 and add a define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ ); to the wp-config file and do a few hard refreshes it is still giving me the same error. When I search through the database it gets about half way before the error shows up.

What I have tried already and didn’t work:
– Decreasing the “Max Page Size
– Search the Support Forum here
– Disable all plugins EXCEPT BSR plugin
– Increase the memory limit in the wp-config.php file
– Increase the memory limit in your htaccess file
– Contacting my website provider

I did literally everything to make this plugin work smoothly again and nothing does the deed.. So now I am here asking YOU for help and what causes this issue?

Saw other threads on this, with no solutions. Tried disabling all other plugins.

Now, whenever I try and do database search using the Better Search Replace plugin I get an “An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support” message.

I tested this on multiple sites and all sites experience this after installing your latest update. Any ideas why your plugin breaks “Better Search Replace”?

For one file of 41MB?

Why can’t you power up the plugin to handle this?

My website is not gigantic compared to many others…

BTW, who is the “support” in “or contact support”? Where are contacts for that support?

When I search for domainname and run, I’m able to see how many tables were searched and cells found. But when I search for domainname.com I receive this error: An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support.

I’ve tried adjusting all page sizes in Settings with no luck. Any ideas?

I’m trying to use the pluggin but immediately a message with
“An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support.” appears.

I have tried several values on this configuration with no result.
(Suggestion: change the current error message for something like: “An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size” on this plugin Settings, or contact support.” because I have been looking for this parameter on Wordpres, htaccess and apache before finding it on Settings. I’m retarded I know XD).

Can you help me?

I have my max page size set at the minimum (1000) and I still receive an error to reduce the max page size. I have not tried a real run, only dry. I would rather not do a real run at this point. Any ideas?
