We use Webnus Modern Events Calendar (https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/)
After a booking is made in MEC, a WP user is created for the participant using the email provided. However, many bookings are stored in the database that do not relate to a specific WP user and all have ID’s of 0.
This causes the participant’s email to be uncorrelated by MEC, resulting in notifications not being sent and email placeholders not showing the information correctly.
We discovered that disabling Wordfence solves this issue. Is there a setting that would block this functionality? Is there anyone that can assist us so we can use Wordfence moving forward?
Thanks
Matt

]]>I have contacted MEC but they say the issue lays with your plugin, wondering if I can get you to look into it?
]]>First of all, I am a user of MEC lite, and would like to thank you for providing this plugin.
I am currently using the “Clean Version” of the “Calendar/Monthly View” and have enabled the “Display all events in the right section” so that the Events section to the right side of the calendar shows all events for the month, instead of just today’s events.
This allowed me to see the events by month, but when there are more than events, the whole calendar page becomes elongated and it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing.
Hence, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a scroll function to the events section of the calendar.
This is the URL for the image of the calendar for your reference.

Thank you.
]]>We have created a specific group of users so that they can edit only a selection of pages.
It works perfecty fine.
We wanted to allow these same users to be able to create/edit events (from plugin MEC)
They do see the ME Calendar menu in the sidebar but no submenu (as Create new event, …) when they click on the ME Calendar menu item, there is a WP error : you don’t have enough permission.
Are we missing something here ?
Thank you very much.
We’ve had a paid license for over 2 years now and waited sometimes for days for an answer from them that was subpar at best. The plugin has always had issues and functionality constantly shifts, causing you to grow increasingly impatient as they gaslight you into thinking that “the plugin never worked like that”.
Such a waste of time. Moving to a different solution. Good riddance.
]]>Nevertheless, I am very inclined to give a 5 star rating here, because the plugin developers deliver a great plugin and provide first class support. Thank you so much.
]]>If you set the “Currency Position” option to “After” or “After with Space” in Settings / Currency
and
in the settings on the Single Event / Single Event Page, set the “Change Currency Per Event” option (checking the “Enable Currency Per Event” checkbox)
then
on the frontend page of the Event, Currency Position is always before the cost, for example, USD400 (that’s right, without a space)
Changing the “After” or “After with Space” option in the event settings does not change the Currency Position order.
(as it turned out, this applies to free and pro version of MEC too)
How can this be fixed?
