Hi Support Team,
We facing some issue, when at the front end store manager, we trying to add new product, when click the photo product and “Add Media” button, did not pop up for us to upload photo. Mean, after click the button “Add Media” show noting.

Hey guys,

I have a problem with the media button not working. I’ve been going through all my plugins 1 by 1 and Jetpack was the problem. I deactivated and activated again (even did a whole new install), cleared my cache and everything. I also tried the wp-config.php fix I’ve saw online. But that didn’t worked either.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I just added a post to both my blogs and it was fine. I was working on a second post and when I try to add media, and click on the add media button, it won’t work. It just sits there. Nothing I try works. I didn’t add a new a new plugin.
I tried this and it didn’t work…

hello guys,
I have a plugin to insert custom button inside media button page content, it is graphic design. Create Social media graphics, Presentations, Infographics, Business Card and so much more.

But now WordPress update version 5 then box media button is removed. How can i create button use design in Gutenberg editor.

Add Image Button – 403 Access denied

All of my sites are giving me a 403 error when I try to upload an image. Mp4’s and audio upload fine, but I can’t put an image in a post. When I open the dev mode on my chrome I can see a 403 error when I try to click the photo to add to the post.

Upload Media Button Missing from Revision Page

Not sure if this is intended, but it seems a little weird so checking to see if there is a solution. There are a few other folks who have asked similar questions but I haven’t seen an answer yet :-/

When an Editor is working on an existing (published) piece of content and they would like to make a rivision, the content becomes a Pending Revision. However there is no “Add Media” button, so the Editor can’t fully edit the content.

How do I make the “Add Media” button show up?

Any help is appreciated.

I am building my website where users can upload post through frontend publishing. I am trying to add another media button above the text editor so that my guest users can upload file. I want to store those file in a custom post type. How will I be able to add that media button on my frontend form?

I am trying to add the ‘insert download’ button on that front-end form so that I can get the files from the users and manage it in download monitor. How can I add that ‘insert button’ to front-end form and let those files store in ‘dlm_download’ post type.

Show only specific media using wp.media

I am working on a button which allows you to add images to a post.
I did so using the following code which open a frame of the media library.

frame = wp.media({
    title: 'Select or Upload',
    button: {
        text: 'Use this media'
    },
    multiple: false,
    frame: frame_type
});
frame.open();

My problem is that I want the frame to only show specific media types e.g. only images or only videos.
Is there a way to achieve that behaviour?
