Hi, we are a real estate company, and want to use this plugin to post property details form one site to another.

Everything works perfectly and all the propety information from ACF is being sent

HOWEVER the gallery images of the properties are not being sent. If your plugin currently does not have this functionality, can we pay to have it developed

Wrong images

Hello, when publishing mockups of tshirts about 20 images are uploaded but in the media folder it shows different images than the ones I just uploaded. However, when I select one of the wrong images to view it, the correct image is there. It’s like it’s becoming garbled somehow. It can only be this plugin thats causing the problem. I’ve deactivated the plugin and republished but the problem persists. Has anyone ever seen/heard of this issue before? It’s driving me crazy, the image isn’t the image you see. It’s like your at a candy machine and you want the bag of chips you see. You put in your cash, hit the button and a chocolate bar comes out.

Media Images Not Loading

I have been having problems with images (they were uploading fine from the desktop but not from my mobile app) but recently, all my image links broke and I’m unable to see ANY images in my media library.

I’ve had this site for over 10 years and even the images from 2019 aren’t showing but they are in the uploads folder of my public_html file. I have hundreds of posts and images, but nothing is showing.

My host has made sure the XML-RPC isn’t blocking, the memory was increased, permissions correct and all of the updates are current. I was able to see images but not upload thru the app. I disabled all plugins and i disconnected and reconnected Jetpack. Not only did it not help with uploading thru the app, now ALL of my images are gone from my media library.

The more we fix, the worse it gets. Help!

Very flexible & intuitive to use. I have over 2000 images, and the use of sub-folders is very helpful. Excellent and timely support from the developer and staff.
I highly recommend this.

Great plugin for something that should be core

Seems strange that the ability to create and organize media in folders is not something built into WP so this plugin certainly is useful.
It works perfectly well and does just what I needed it to do . The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the interface can be a bit clunky at first and it takes a bit of use to get used to its little quirks. Its a minor thing but improve that area and it deserves a 5.

EDIT – I in fact changed to a 5 star review as thought it deserved a 4.5 really, as the issues i mention are so minor and thought it was a bit unfair to drop a full star for that.

Horizontally stretched images

Hi,

We have noticed that our images are automatically stretched to be full width, for example https://www.partiv.com/top-20-hojeste-bygninger-i-danmark/ and https://www.partiv.com/53-bike-touring-adventurers-reveal-favorite-destinations/

Anyone know how we can insert images in our posts/pages, so they aren’t stretched?

Thumbnails gone and images in media library blank

I recently added site lock and a dedicated ip to my site... since then my menu bar has changed and all of my thumbnail pictures are gone. Actually when you go into my media you can no longer see the pictures. Not sure what they did but it hasn’t been the same since.

Media Images Not sized Properly when Inserted

Hello Support,
I hope you can help me. Today when I was trying to insert media images in a new post, I noticed that they were not sized properly.
Yesterday, everything worked fine, the only change I made was to add a Header and Footer plugin last night. I have since deactivated this in case this caused the problem.
I checked my Settings, image sizes and the medium and large size had changed from the 800×600 which was what I had set. I corrected this and when I tried to insert the image again, the same thing happened. I clicked on the media image information on the insert media page, the default is now showing as 478×600 for both medium and large pictures, and I can’t figure out a way to correct this.
I have also deleted all of the images I imported today and re-imported them and this did not fix the issue either.
I have updated all of my plugins and tried deactivating and then activating them but this hasn’t solved the problem.
I’m so sorry, but I don’t know how to clear my browser cache, or do the other things you suggested to try before I contacted you.
Can you please help? Unfortunately, I have limited technical knowledge.

portfolio slideshow disabled by WP v.4.1.4

On the home page of my website, www.rentmothernature.com, there is a revolving series of custom media images called from the “slideshow” feature. Each 15 days this variety of images changes. Instead of images there is only text. This happened with wordpress upgrades on 4/29/15.
