I am using PMP pro plugin, but it has stopped working suddenly, after registeration its saying registration successful but the user is not getting registered. Also on the Membership account page its not showing anything. Registration is also enabled in the backend.

I tried to copy all of the settings from the other pmpro webpages (Membership Billing, Membership Invoice etc.) and they are all showing fine perfect layout.

So I tried to edit the webpage in my visual WPBakery page editor, and managed to get it looking correct wide style (see here for the intended design) which resulted in the following code text being generated in the page editor (see image of the code). However, when I refresh the page to the logged in vendor, it shows a blank page (look here)

Please can you assist with making this page look uniform with all the other web pages on my site. It needs to inherit the global page design styles just like all the other PMPro webpages, its just this membership-account page.
